The wait to pay was so long because only 1 cashier opened, when I reached the cashier Leilani, she was not greeting me but gave me the attitude because I wanted to get some balloons and I had to pick up myself from the drawers, she said only 1 person here cant do both. We saw 2 more staffs but did nothing to help her, just hiding back there. While I was paying a lady before me, came back to ask about her receipt, Leilani said I put it in the box along with your shopping (she had 16 xmas ornaments). She left after. I paid using CC with chip on it and when I checked my receipt it has all the 16 ornaments charges on my bill which I only bought 10 items and it became 26 items, I asked Leilani and she said it must be not your receipt, and I said yes it is, this is my CC no and you gave it to me after it came out from the register. And I said these are not mine, I didnt buy for those items but why I had to pay for it, and I want my money back, and another guy Bogart came and said we cant give your money back and asked me to call my bank. They did nothing the whole customers about 10 of them witnessing the rudeness of the store manager and his staff. Another customer told me another same incident happened after we left, beware if you shop there. This seems to be happening often.

This store is super crowded boxes are everywhere you dont even have space to walk around the shelves are over stacked making it impossible to grab something from the top shelf because youre scared that something might fall on top of you the floors are super sticky seems to me that they never clean not even the parking lot its super disgusting garbage everywhere they should put a big garbage can in front of the store and to make it worse the cashiers are super rude the lines are long always around the corner because usually theres always just one cashier and every time they just have more and more merchandise and dont know where to put it I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone unless you want something to fall on you.

Love, love, love! Clean, neatly arranged store with a variety of brand names for $1. You would think the food and drinks here are suspect (I did originally), but I found some wonderful items. Everything from household products, to books, to food/drink, to cutlery/bowls/plates/cups, this place has everything for a fraction of the price elsewhere. Cant believe I have never been to a Dollar Tree before this. Absolutely impressed!

Who does not love Dollar Store? That said, the store is kind of messy with the aisles crowded with boxes. I couldnt get a whole bunch of things that are usually available in other dollar stores. The parking is fantastic and it is right near Srasas kitchen.

I like it here, the store is always clean and stocked well. Staff is friendly but sometimes they dont pay attention or take their time. Parking lot is annoying though, for some reason I always struggle to find a parking spot.

cashier over charged for additional 10 items. I realized this after the transaction was completed, cashier and manager cant do refund for the 10 items i didnt purchased. I had to call my bank to resolve the situation.

Supposed to open at 8, went there almost 9 doors locked, Ok I thought maybe googles wrong opens at 9. Me and 3 other people waited outside till 9:30, still didnt open, have up went to a different dollar store.

The lines are ALWAYS long at the Dollar Tree. I gave 5 stars because the 2 gentlemen that work there are excellent in customer service. The usual man is always telling jokes and keeping everyone entertained.

Be careful if you guys use your debit card. Make sure you review and get your receipt because next thing you know you have a cash back when you really did not get or authorized any cash back transactions.

What can I say? It is a dollar store. Pick up extremely cheap stuff. Sometimes you have to wait in line for a bit. Go during Halloween time and see folks picking up nick nacks for their costumes.

Great selection and everything is a dollar. They even have milk here. Mountain View has the small drink refrigerators, but no freezer or refrigerator foods. Employees are all helpful and nice.
