seriously????!!!! I called the Concord, CA store to ask a simple question, "do you sell glow sticks?" The first call I was supposed to be connected to the toy department, instead the phone call was left on an open "hold" so I could listen to conversations for 10 minutes. I hung up. Second call, was never answered, just kept ringing. Third call, once again asked if they sold glow sticks, once again was left on preverbal hold for another 5 minutes, I hung up. Fourth call, once again all ringing, no answer. Fifth call, asked the store associate AGAIN if they sold glow sticks.....the final answer....NO. Im pretty sure, they could not have given a crap whether they really sold them. K-Mart sucks. Pretty sure thats why I never shop there.

I am furious! KMart uses "shop your way rewards" to steal our money and alternate their return policy. On 6/5 I bought several items for the amount of $150. I had points for $13 that were applied to ENTIRE purchase . One item I decided to return.The cost was $18.99. I had a tag but not a receipt. The sale manager Melssa gave me back $1. She said that " shop my way rewards"$13 now applies only to returned item, and the balance that I can get back is $1. KMart totally disappointed me. Its not "shop your way reward", it"s a "Shop your way PUNISHMENT" for shopping in your store!

I put a adult tricycle on layway when i rhode it home veer to the right i almost got run over then my mom and i pump the tires then my mom tried it it veer to the left and what i rhode it veer to the left so i had to return it i told them to fixed the handle bars they told me they dont fixed them they told me to go to a bike store the temperature that day was 102 so i asked for my money back. Thank god Im alive

This store recently remodeled and updated their entire clothing section. Its much nicer to shop with the way its laid out without so much stuff cluttering up the racks as before. I go there a lot more often as a result!

gee ramos

I went to buy some shoes it was almost closing and there was only 2 registers open. The long lines caused people to drop there things to buy and walked out. Not cool k mart.

Dolls and more

The quality of things there isnt bad but its ok and the lines are usually long but other than that the staff is kinda good
