Walmart Deli has a good selection of deli meats, cheeses and even hot fried foods. The problem I had was with the poor service given by the deli worker, Thelma. Shes the short, dark skin Polynesian that sports a bun underneath a hair net. She has a smug look, with her nose up in the air, a sorry ass frown and an attitude from hell! First off, she took forever coming out from behind the rotisserie oven, and after some time, she came out only to greet me with a bitchy attitude. I looked down into hot case, noticed it only had 3 pieces of ranch wings left. I placed an order for 1 lb of ranch chicken wings. She said, "Thats all thats left" I asked when will there be more? She rolled her eyes at me and said, "I dont know, it hasnt been dropped yet." I was confused. Dropped? What does that mean? I asked again, "How long until you refill the case with fresh ranch chicken? She stepped away to clean the prep counter. "Excuse me, what time will the chicken be ready?" She refused to look at me and replied, "It takes 20-25mins. from when its been dropped." At this point I was so irate from Thelmas bad attitude and poor service that I simply walked away. Never will I come shop at this Walmart again. Thelma needs to be fired!! Walmart needs to see that she doesnt belong in a position where she deals with customers. Thelma would be best working in the environment much like her attitude... cleaning dirty toilets.

I mainly go there for bird food and cat food. Its less than a mile from me and the prices on those products are good if not great compared to other stores such as Raleys. They have a great Variety in both sections. Pet food and wild bird food. I also buy non perishables for us there as well and sometimes their lunch meats that are pre-packaged like from Foster Farms and as well as milk and things. Their prices are hard to beat. If youre looking to buy a big priced item I do recommend that you go on their website. I recently was looking for a queen size blow-up mattress and I looked on the website and they had them on sale from the website for $60 in-store it was $79. So I bought it via computer and saved close to $20. And I picked it up at the Walmart right next to me. There have been times where they havent had the type of seed that I wanted and so I put the order in online and it always arrives quickly and I go pick it up. The main downside to Walmart is the checkout lines. They are long. Except it Christmas for some reason they have every single checkstand open. Thats why I give it a four instead of A5 is because of the long lines. The staff there are always very friendly. Which helps if youve been standing in line for a long time to check out. Would give it less stars if it were possible, their employees are incompetent. Their fabric section is beyond a mess looks like a tornado went through as they obviously never straighten it up or restock because it took months for them to get more fluff stuff to stuff pillows with. Every time Ive gone there to look for fabric the two times out of 7-8 times Ive gone there just for fabric I could never get help. Tonight they paged someone twice and no one came. The girl that does cut fabric cuts crooked and with dull scissors. Waste of time trying to get help, was harrased by people peddling in the parking lot told a employee when walking in they had someone in the parking lot bugging customers before they could even get out of there car. Also the Fairfield PD do not seem to do anything about the homeless people camping in the parking lot and in front of the store. Horrible idea to put Walmart closer to the center of town should have kept em out by Highway 12. Tonight will be the last time I shop at walmart for Fabric 30 minutes and couldnt get help. Makes the trip to Vacaville to go to Joanns worth it!

Walmart customer service is very bad , especially the employees in the electronics dept. They are not very knowledgeable and it looks like they are just there to occupy space and time. Id had a very bad experience today because of that - a certain electronics employee said the item I was calling for was available... sad to say when I drove there with my son , the item was not in stock and that certain employee became completely clueless . Now these are the kinds of bad customer service that will further discredit the store and other employees and also infuriate the customers more so. By the way I also work for walmart and was very mad at this incident because this is not the only time this has happened at fairfield walmart. Nothing else i`ll say about fairfield walmart because alot of the negative reviews about this store speaks for itself and more.

If you have been to one Walmart... You have been to them all. The Fairfield, CA store, located on NorthTexas St. is NO different than the rest of the Walmarts in the world.... Filled w/a bunch of cheap crap thats made in China, then having to stand in long, slow moving lines at the register because the clerk is and hates his/her job and could care less about whether or not an old person was ok. from another country, that can barely speak English. who are mentally impaired or got hired to work there is there and surrounded by a bunch of weird looking surrounded by a bunch of weird looking ppl and semi educated and employ that are and a bunch of food that is genetically modified or of less qualityThe customers that frequent this place are produce,fruit and vegetables.

No HTC cell phone cases. There is always at minimum one person smoking a cigarette at the front entrance. More often than not it is a Walmart employee. The cigarette smell is prevalent throughout the front of the store and inside the front. Would be nice to have a smoke free environment in the parking lot, the entrance, and inside the store. Perhaps have a designated smoking area behind the store to keep the toxic/poisonous fumes away from paying customers? Go in the early morning or late evening and you wont have any trouble getting in and out fast. Small jewelry section. For the size of the store shouldve been bigger. Hours of operation- 7 days a week 6am-12am

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called for follow-up on my bikes assembly and transferred me to CS, the lady(Vanessa) who answered me for my question said that there are no assembled bike at the back,meaning? they lost it? What? Then I asked for a manager who sound to me like she doesnt know anything about whats going on in her store...STUPID! Very simple. All she needs to do is to double check but she didnt & keep on saying I need to go to the store at daytime when assembler is there WTF! my work schedule is daytime so how can I do that?

Just an awful, horrible place with some of the lowest rung, gutter-bred employees with not enough common sense nor decency to survive. The prison work detail staff have extremely inappropriate conversations about committing assault in the smoke area near the bike rack, and the greeters are functionally unable to do their trivially simple jobs. Everything about this Walmart makes it a dystopian and all around unpleasant experience, and it should really be closed down. The one in Suisun is the bare minimum quality for a retail outlet.
