The staff is unprofessional, and management is downright rude. I had important business to conduct and needed to concentrate to make sure some money was sent correctly through customer service. A rude man behind me started playing music loudly on his phone when it was my turn to do business. I politely asked him to turn off the music because I needed to concentrate. Its just inconsiderate to do what he did. He disrespected me, and when I told three Wal-Mart employees he was making me angry and uncomfortable by interfering with my business, they did nothing. In fact, the manager said "stuff happens." That attitude is unacceptable. This location lost my business. The fact that they were so unorganized that no one could answer the phone for me to complain to another manager says a lot, too. Avoid this location.

This is the absolute #1 worst store I have ever shopped at in my entire life. I implore you to shop anywhere else. My last two experiences here, one time they only had 2 registers open and I was at least 10th in line. Then the most recent experience I went to return 2 items, I was 3rd in line, it should be a quick thing.. No it took almost an hour! The two people before me took about 45 minutes, then for my issue they didnt know how to process a simple return. The customer service rep did every single thing wrong. It was a nightmare experience. I have never been to a Walmart or any store with this bad of an experience. Its like straight out of the Twilight Zone.

So I went back to this Walmart wanted to return money order only because my bank do not take money order on mobile banking..The manager Michelle told me I could not be helped the reason being I was in the way of her customers in line even if it was my turn to be served Michelle told me to wait till everyone was helped. After I waited for the line to clear I was called back and told to come back at seven in the morning..the money oder customer service had closed whislt I was there..after they refused to have me saved the first time never have this happen to me I was shocked still in disbelief...whats the use of a line..I thought I was a customer too..till now..

TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY. Employees dont honor their return policy thats plastered on the wall. Had to go back 3 times to return an item and talk to 3 different managers. They are not consistent about their return policy. Before i purchased a vacuum there, i asked one of their employees if i could return it after opening the package and using the vacuum. He told me it was returnable. When i went back they told me they couldnt take it back because it had been used. I had to return two more times and hope for a manager that was having a good day. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for them to decide if i could return it. On top of that, the manager was very rude.

Tucked away on 140th. Part on a revitalized bellevue sits this neighborhood Walmart. Its not your typical Walmart superstore. Its more like your local Walmart with less the mess, and clutter. Its kept well and organized. They have a decent produce selection. A surprising good selection of organic veggies and other organic produce. The best part is the fresh baked bread!!! Yes they have fresh hot out of the oven bread! Its cheap and delicious. This is a good place to get your quick bites and to restock your home with the essentials.

This store is lousy. I spent about $150.00 there one Saturday, trying to stock up my pantry and fridge/freezer. Later I realized that many items I purchased were expired (for example, salad dressing and yogurt) or were expiring soon (less than 1 week--things like Bacon). I was appalled--they are obviously not keeping up with quality control and simple stocking methods. Plus the store was a mess, in total disarray with many items including meat just not available. Wont be going back to this store. Total waste of my time.

Operations dept. could use some improvement, especially in their customer service department. Ive had two transactions (return & in-store pick-up) at the store and each time has taken ~30 minutes. I received a notice my in-store pickup was ready. Literally, I was waiting 25 minutes as they looked for my package. After 30 minutes, I just suggested calling me when they found it and left. Store is mostly geared towards groceries. Its not as big as the other Walmart around. I probably wont come back unless I have to.

I bought two Packs of dinner rolls there. When I opened the roll to spread butter on it after I baked them in the oven. I found some of them were getting moldy. And the Customer Service man was rude asking how the frozen food gets moldy with suspicious eyes even though I showed the diner roll which went moly inside. It was very unpleasant thing to me. I dont think he is always rude to everyone but to some people according to his individual prejudice.

Had some trouble getting our package that we ordered online, until the assistant manager came along to help and got us our package within minutes. According to the first lady helping us it was going to take 3 hours at least if not til the next day. The assistant manager Bryan was extremely helpful and got the job done. We are very fortunate for his help in receiving our cooler for our hot three day weekend trip to the Gorge!

It is big and you will be able to do your grocery somewhat. However, do not expect it to be like other full fledged Walmarts. By the way, returns are a big problem here. Make sure you hold on to your receipts like your dear life if you think you might have to return the product. Manager Bryan is a nice guy here. He helped a lot and is real soft spoken and helpful.

Everything seems to have a dirty feeling to it, the plastic bags, fruits and vegetables, and the floor/walls. The customer service is great. They are always happy and talk to you but occasionally it gets annoying because they go extra slow. Very pricey and the quality is mediocre. I would only go if there is truly no where else to go and thats my only option.

Do not try and buy whine with your temporary I D. Manager was very rude and declined to sell me whine even though I have been shopping there since they opened. I had my legal I D given to me by the DMV. Thanks for waisting my time. Update, the manager apologized and gave me a gift card. So i changed from 1 Star to 4 Stars.

As always , Staff is friendly, talkative, all the products are available and easy to navigate the groceries, easy to bill and good customer care post sales. For Meat lovers it is always economical, not sure of quality. But prices are always affordable and goods are only next to first grade quality , not regrettable though.

Didnt like it at ALL! This is a very small Wal-Mart it only has a food section, cleaning products,house hold kitchen gadgets, beauty/health products . There is a little more in the store but i just described 80% of the store. This store is more for last minute things, in my personal opinion.

worst Walmart store. I will never ever enter inside. very rude staff and customer service associate. Imagine customer service manager says we dont care what Walmart policies are, we are different store like grocery shop. I am not that helpless to go their. many other good options available.
