there was a nice guy here for a while ... josh i believe They hired a slightly older woman (maybe in her 50s) with a terrible attitude every time I go. She rushes me through the sale huffing and puffing the whole time like she has something better to do. I was apologetic and super nice, so I cant imagine what she is like if you get the least bit rude to her... Got home and checked online, and she had marked it up to DOUBLE what the common online price was. I was horrified. This place seems to be taking advantage of their "only game in town" status I guess because they do NOT provide good service. She didnt seem to know anything about the products, and acted really bothered if I asked anything. So far, Pipeline in Santa Cruz is the best place I have consistently gone in SC County and felt good about each time Ive gone there. Theyre super patient and polite and they are informed about what they sell. Nowhere else I have gone was that bad, including beyond vape, but Scotts Valley is just not a great place to buy vape products.

Buy all my cartons of cigs there they are old and have to be ordered. Up to this summer their service has been great but, just about the beginning of summer and party time, the store "suddenly" started closing early without notice! And the closings where ALWAYS on a Friday or Saturday evening and then they started closing Sundays completely! Now, even if I was their only customer to stay open another hour or two for on Fri. Or Sat. Nights, it would be well worth it since I always get cartons worth a grand $200. + ! Would you close early by 1-2 hrs. Because it was "slow", if one customer came in and spent that much? I have purposely sat in my car after finding them closed by 1-2 hrs. Early just to see customer after customer zone go up to their door and find it closed.afterafteracustomer go up to their door cus

The smoke shop has decent prices, however, one of the employees is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for her managers number she refused to give it to me and started yelling at me that Im 86ed. All I wanted was to file a complaint against her because she consistently rude and unhelpful and she will not let me. So I have to wait until another employee is working so I can get the owners number. Hardest complaint Ive ever had to file. Defiantly not going back to that shop. The homeblown shop in Santa Cruz has way better pieces and are willing to work with you on the prices and help you pick stuff out. Would recommend that shop way before this one.

Went in the store once, never again. When your business is "Discount Smokes" and you cant even get that right you dont deserve my business. Bought 2 pks ciggies. Sign on the smokes is $7.14. Rang it up, $8.80. So I say to the guy "Theyre $7.14" Scans again,and again $8.80. So I ask, why does it say $7.14? "I dont know. Scans yet again, and what a surprise, $8.80. Now, I am disabled , in pain, and depend on others to take me to the store. I did not have the energy to get into it with the drone I was dealing with, got a pk ($for $8.80!!!) and left. Gifting 2 stars since they were open and did in fact sell smokes.

Thats not true discount smoke shop is best shop in town. They have the best prices on hookers,bong,pipes, vape pens, cigarettes, and more .and they always make people happy with a great prices. And they always fix the mistakes when they are made. Thats why theyre the best smoke shop in town

Terrible customer service. Guy takes cash gives no receipts then all sales are final. Very fishy if you ask me. Reporting to the BBB that they take cash with no reciept... sure its easy way to money launder
