i shop here about 1x month. big lots TP compares to angel soft for less. be sure to cruise the food aisles. some things are staples they always have, but always some new surprise. i pick up things here that my local (san lorenzo) food bank has told me they need, like bags of cereal, because i can afford to get more. be sure to sign up for their rewards program so you get coupons and friends and family notifications (gives you 20% off everything on certain weekends) furniture, including mattresses available, outdoor furniture in season. kids toys, party and gift supplies, shampoo, cosmetics, homegoods, pet supplies, some auto and household items, decor and always a great selection of holiday items. cruise the entire store, you dont know what you will find, and thats part of the fun

Great store it is keeped clean and tidy. Very well stocked up all the time. Plenty of parking space available. Handicap accessible entrance and parking lot has lots of handicap parking space available. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Store is located in good area, visible to the public. Great prices on everything, from household items, furniture, toys, food products, dog and cat items, holiday items also, make up also available, personal hygiene products. All you can think of you may find at a awesome price. Store is crowded at the 1st of the month and the middle of the month. I would recommend this store.

There are two shopping centers within probably a 3 mile radius of each other and both of them contain a Big Lot! and a 99 Cent Only Store. The difference is that the one in HAYWARD, which is this one, is the smaller of the two, and its selection is noticeably just not as diverse and appealing. If I had a choice I would go to the one in San Lorenzo, just for the sheer size, selection, diversity, and the bigger and better layout of the store overall.

What a mess, dirty and disorganized. The one star is for the nice clerk at the ONE register. Yes, they only have one. This store and shopping strip attracts unsavory characters in the parking lot who use it as a place to perform $3x acts in their car; unfortunately, I caught a glimpse of these jerks as I unloaded my bag in the car. This BIG LOTS should just close their business.

They have stuff you want or need. The staff was nice and freindly. One lady was very helpful in locating what we needed/wanted. The checker could have been a little better. We had picked up the wrong size pillow cases. I caught one and gave it to her. She never said another one was king.

I went in to buy a sofa and a love seat and the associate named Marvin was the best help ever he was very professional and polite..the service was so good that I am making this my go to store for big lots. I usually go to the Santa Clara store..but in comparison this store is amazing!

I was in your store this afternoon 8/2/17, was going to buy one of the lawn chairs ask what was the price the young man @the first checkout counter told me they do have tages on it.His answer was very not kind @all.I will not be shopping there again.
