Place is not corporate called "wireless evolution" signage is is deceiving legally their name is supposed to larger than "Sprint" and should state "authorized retailer" they provide service for sprint but if you buy a phone here you will get the worst costumer service. I purchased my phone here and returned it in 14 days because it was always roaming on 3G. Dropping almost every call. They told me to call sprint and get some device in my home for better service. I returned my phone and they never refunded me. They charged me $35 dollar restocking fee and never even refunded what I paid for the phone. I called Sprint customer service to track my refund which they promised would appear on my card and they said they are not corporate and could not help me due to the fact they use a different distribution for the phones. My device was never even sent to the warehouse after return. I called back asked for the tracking number and they said they couldnt provide me that. Someone probably jacked it or they resold that defective phone to someone. They did not have a manager. Sprint customer service did a 3 way with the store and they said "we dont really have a manager right now." "He may come in today or he may not." Then they said he is at the hospital. I was promised a call back today from the manager and no one called. I called back the New York guy says "can you call back in 5 mins? Im busy right now." I said will the manager be there and he said No. Ive been waiting several weeks for money they took from me. Sprint customer service said this should have been given to me at the store upon return. Now I am getting the run around from them for a device I returned weeks ago. With no management they are doing whatever they want. GO TO A CORPORATE SPRINT STORE NOT HERE you will get no help from Sprint if u get the device from an authorized retailer. Now I have to talk to someone who handles indirect sales in order to make sure I get refunded. Their sign should read "Authorized retailer" and say "whatever their name is" not Sprint. They told me to call customer service and raise hell to credit me my $36 dollar activation. The manager who isnt a manager really gave me his cell phone but when I had issues texting him he had to talk to his boss. "Umm ok" Do yourself a favor get the service you pay if you go with this provider. I couldnt even return my phone at any Sprint store because they are not even Sprint corp. Authorized retailers only care about the 1 time sale!! I didnt even want to give the 1 star that I had to negative stars here. I googled their name another shop with horrible ratings come up. Save your money make sure its corporate not indirect providers. I camt believe they are in a big mall and their signage is still up like this. Not to mention they make up their own prices the girl told me in needed $200+ down I went back and walked out with the same phone a few days later for $75 bucks. Again do your research dont let commission people take your money go to corporate.

This place will rip you off. They told me I was purchasing a BOGO free but turns out that i signed for a leasing plan. Ive been paying my plan for 8 months and now turns out once my plan is over i will have to return my phones and all my money has gone to waste. I would say if you come across this store turn the other way. This experience has been nothing but a headache and I would like to prevent that to happening to other people. Yeah they advertise a cheap plan but in the long run its not worth the your time or money.

Staff will try to rip you off, by saying theyll take your phone when you switch over but then when the bill comes in, finds some fake reason that they cant pay for the bill and tells you to pay the termination fees yourself and stay with them.

No valuable customer servicing. I went in and was in the store for a while and no one came to to offer help. We were ignored for the entirety we were there.
