Ive been a customer at this store off and on for a few years now, and usually they have what Im looking for. If they dont, they are very curteous and can point me in the right direction, either looking up another store in their database or even referring me to another retailer. The only thing keeping this store from being 5 stars is that they refuse to update their hours on the website - they are not open until 10pm on Sundays as advertised, they actually close at 7pm. Other than that, this is a great store. Its usually very clean and well stocked, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Also, they continually have great prices on merchandise thanks to ongoing sales. Seems like every other week theyre giving 50% off on something useful!

Ive shopped at Michaels for more than 20 years. Its a great place to find a variety of craft items for a reasonable price. Custom framing is also available. Coupons are almost always online. The store is not too large and easily navigated. My only complaint is check-out can be slow.

Michaels has so much to see there clearance are so great I get alot of good deals I can get real nice kits for my granddaughter she just loves them and learn from them as well its great to go there

Wide assortment of crafts and materials. Custom framing counter in the back is great but expensive. Definitely wait for a sale or coupon.
