Went to this Target (9/19/17) as my usual go-to for Market Pantry Birthday Cake Ice Cream. I was told by associates thats its a usually high turnover item. However, for the past month, the freezer display shelf has been empty. Three weeks ago, I asked an associate about when she expected it to be restocked? She stops what shes doing & disappears to the back of the store only to reappear with 1 half gallon of Cake Ice Cream. I let her know that I had only meant to query her about replenishing stock levels. But, since she had already retrieved one she might as well get another since I was looking for 2. Fast forward, to the following two weeks, the shelf is again empty. This time, I know whats up. I ask the associate nearest me about the stock levels of my fav ice cream in the back. She goes back and carts out 20 of each to be stocked for display. I am again handed what I ask for. Now, I arrive today, and again the shelf is empty. Same scenario, different associate. I hold her up with my tale of woe knowing Ill only receive lip-service in the end. I am again handed my items that were hidden in the back and head for the self-checkout. This time, my Cartwheel App that I was sold on wont work and has logged me out. My password is invalid but a checkout associate scans my items for possible discounts but informs they have none. She then tells me that since the Carwheel App has migrated with the Target App, that is probably the reason for my glitch. I only have to RECREATE my account on the Target App now. Whatever...Like Im going to take the time to do that. I let her know about my previous inconvenience knowing it will inconvenience her to hear my story. Her excuse is that the current remodeling of the store is affecting regular operations. I let her know that that alibi wont fly as an excuse for degraded customer service. She is relieved by a senior manager who says that hes heard my story. But, in actuality, hes had enough of me as his attitude and body language is contemptuous and dismissive. He tells me that they restock items as soon as is necessary even as I tell him that is untrue based on my experience for the past month. His response is that Im the sole complaint regarding this issue, letting me know that Im irrelevant (as a buying customer) and that it takes a class action for something to be rectified at Target. I tell him that as of our conversation, there are 17 (on hand) half-gallons of Cake ice cream in cold storage in the back to disprove his statement. He then dismisses me with "Have a nice day!" Awesome customer experience with a Target manager! Now where else can I post this lengthy negative review?

I have brought a Tv and soundbar here Black Friday deals I paid cash using my debt card but I forgot my gift cards at home the cashier tells me its ok you can buy get refund rebuild so I come back couple days later to get a refund rebuild went to customer service cashier was gonna help but she had ask Larry her boss so she called him he came with sercurty I felt like they accusing me of something and i felt disrespected I could brought these items Best Buy or even Walmart I have receipt about week old now all I wanted to exchange my 200$ gift card for my cash back I spent around 400$ cash than I call store manager MIKE he was rude the whole time putting me down your whole goal to get money making me fell poor called corporate MIKE shouldnt have a job he doesnt do his job at all dont shop at this store they made something so little much more this last time Ill ever walk into a Target the store sucks they train there cashier one hour throw them on cashier lol MIKE doesnt do his job and Ill be writing a letter to change this disrespectful store manager MIKE.

Typically I love going to target even just to pass some time. I also am a fan of order online and pick up in store. I have ordered plenty of items online and they were ready for me to pick up in about an hour or two. Today was different, I only ordered 1 item (portable a.c. unit) and it took over 8 hours to be ready. I even went to the store to pick up a few things and asked if I could just grab it and finish the process. They said no because they were going off a priority list. I figured since I was already here I could just pick up my online order. So I said ok ill be back when its ready, an as soon as Im in my car I get the alert. Im not mad at anyone just the fact that it would take almost all day to get 1 thing. But in the end I still love target I just think that their online priority should get checked out.

I ordered two dolls for my daughter and I didnt have my CA ID but I had the credit card with which I purchased the dolls and I had other forms of ID. I also brought a friend that had her ID... I asked If I could have her pick of the Merchandise for me and Marvin Patrick at the Montclair site said that he was sure that someone else can pick of my dolls but he didnt know how to do it online... He said "I work for Target but Im not a pro" My friend and I had to go on-line and had to figure out how to add an additional person on the list to pick up the items. I understand that employees dont know everything however the customer service was horrible! In a nutshell, I was able to add my friend WITHOUT any assistance from Marvin Patrick at the Montclair site.

The store manager JOHN is absolutely HORRIBLE! He is rude and acts like he doesnt have any interest in helping you! Well since you can do just fine without my business ill make sure to never come back here and tell others to do the same! Maybe just for returns -_-. They wasted my time! I called to ensure they had something in stock employee assured me they had plenty, we get there turns out they have been sold out! Worst communication and again JOHN needs to find a new job he is not someone who should be running a store, just awful! Im very disappointed in them, and I usually love Target but since he is a representative of what they are made me view them in a very bad light.

I just moved into the area and went to this Target location once & over all my experience was good except, when we got into the fitting room area. I went in to try some items as my husband waited for me and I could overhear him asking for help looking into some items and there was a young lady that was trying to help him but the lady that was in the reception area in fitting room was being a little grouchy about the lady helping him with the items. She seemed more upset about the other young lady trying to help instead of actually helping herself. Which eventually blew us off and decided to finish out shopping. that was our only flaw with the store. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
