This Home depot is better than the really horrible one in Manteca. I ran out of there screaming in frustration several times. This one gave me a cashier who was sick with a cold, coughing into her hand as she rang up my sale. Another time I faxed in an order of $500 lumber and they never bothered to fill it. Another time they pulled lumber for me (faxed order) and stacked it all horizontally on a flat cart - could not tell what there was so we had to take each item off and transfer to the right kind of cart - finding numerous mistakes requiring the check out to stop as a sloooww employee fetched the correct thing. The 8 foot 2x4s were not - there were the shorter studs. Also for disabled persons the mobility carts are humiliatingly slow with a pole and rotating beacon! Absolute junk mobility carts - they dont care. FYI I drive extra miles to shop Lowes where at least they have cool new mobility carts and better customer service attitude from the staff (Modesto, Pelandale Ave.) In all HD is a huge disappointment - all because of the poor quality employees. Service is EVERYTHING! Wake up.

I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS! This company has been nothing but bad. My dad had ordered carpet and tile and they didnt return any of his calls for 2 weeks about getting it installed. When they did call him back they said it would take another 2 weeks before they could install it. It was originally scheduled to be installed April 12th & 13th. The "manager" of the flooring department was also extremely rude. Total in competent everywhere in this entire company that we have had to deal with for the last month. Extremely unprofessional me and my dad will never go here again next time we will choose to either go to Lowes or Bigfoot never again will I ever step foot inside of this Home Depot. They suck!!

Management in this store are excellent. I come into the store mostly on Saturdays and evenings after work. While there are only a few registers open, the self-help area is always staffed with friendly helpful cashiers. Still the best prices in town for all of my household needs.Rented a pickup truck a few months ago and the transaction was reasonable and seamless. Thank you. I spend too much money there but always know I get a great deal with friendly service and support. Thanks again.

I would give it zero stars, the people from customer service were so rude. I had a lot of items to return and from the entrance they gave me an ugly stare. Rose Mary kept huffing and puffing with the whole return transaction. And this other young lady unfortunately didnt get her name, she must of been like a leader there also had a bad attitude, smirking and popping her gum the whole time. The manager Juan also came with an attitude, Im never buying from this store, very disappointed!

When I bought my house, I found myself here a lot. The staff were very helpful, helping me many times when I was trying to find something, even though I wasnt sure what it exactly was. The place is big and is easy to get lost, but if you can find someone to help you, things go smoothly. Sadly there are many times it is hard to find someone, which is why this doesnt get a full 5 stars. If this changes, then Ill change my review.

Typical home depot. The good selection is programmed into the stores all over the country, so nothing surprising there. Good luck if you need help finding something, as the employees are typically nowhere to be found, as in every HD Ive ever been in. I honestly prefer Lowes for most purchases, but Lowes can be lacking in the more contractor specific stuff, and so I am stuck buying from this place.

This place is terrible. I waited for a while and no one came. Couldnt find anyone. Only self check outs besides one check out open. Staff is rude. Had an amazing gentleman help me pick out what I needed. But the terrible thing was he was there before me, couldnt find any one at all to help him. When he told the staff he was leaving, the barley acknowledged him ( his own weed eater in hand)

This place is horrible everytime I go there I spend long time looking for what I need and always theres no one offering help unless you are real lucky to spot one of there employees to ask them. Today I was there and same thing happened again I got very frustraited so i decided I will put a very bad review and never go back there again.

I went to the Home and Garden Dept. where John Hutton helped me find the flowers I was looking for and gave me personal service. I was very pleased with my purchase and the fact I could buy them right there and walk to my car! I would shop Home Depots Garden Dept. again and recommend it to all my friends!

Came to find flowers and soil for my garden. Selection and price were good but its hard to find help in this huge store. I prefer a smaller store like OSH or True Value. However HD has more selection and better prices.

I talked to three sales associates, to have them get an associate to use the saw in lumber. I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. Talk about poor customer service. I will never come back to this store.

Its a home depot. They have been helpful for the most part. Wouldnt mind some sort of system to call for help when you are looking for something and no orange shirts are to be seen.
