Too full from dinner, but completely unwilling to forgo an opportunity to try the geladough when I was so close by, along I came, with my unwilling victim of a cousin. In somewhat of a rush, I quickly settled on having my warm glazed doughnut filled with tartufo al bacio (chocolate & hazelnut, basically). Several long minutes later, my geladough, warmed and stuffed, was brought out to me. After a quick photo, I proceeded to devour half of this deliciousness in about three bites, before pawning off the rest on my cousin, who kept claiming she didnt want any (until she took a bite, and then another, and then another). All in all, a fantastically delicious combination of a warmed, toasty, and fluffy doughnut, with a nice, cool center. That said though, for the price, both a larger doughnut and a more generous serving of gelato would have been nice. ***Accessibility Info*** Venue - A smallish venue, with a handful of accessible two and four top tables towards the two sides of the shop. The gelato counter is as one would expect, with the high glass display case, so expect a bit of reaching if you want to sample flavors. Bathroom - Didnt try them, so no comment.

Parking: Trying to find parking in front of the shop is difficult. There are a couple of parking structures a block away. This is very close to the pier so you can get it on your way down or on your way back. You can get two flavors in a small cup. They pack it pretty high. It is definitely enough to share with a friend. I figure it is like ice cream but definitely not. The coffee and the nutella ones are definitely a must try. My girlfriend said it is comparable to Italys gelato. There is a small sit down area. I do not recommend large groups but it doesnt get too pack so might be able to pull a couple of tables together.

They let you sample so you can try out the different flavors that they have if youre incisive. Faves: Pistachio Mango Gran strachello Coconut Service: A Very accommodating & nice. =) Decor: B+ Clean, small place with chairs & tables inside & outside for you to chill & hangout with friends. =)

Many different flavors to choose from. You can mix and match. Good to have on a hot day, and its walkable from the beach. I found the pecan whiskey and salted caramel combo to be a really good mix. Berry and grapefruit are good too, but I like the pecan whiskey and salted caramel the best.

Great folks, asked if I could have a single waffle made like buttered toast (not on the menu). They didnt hesitate to accommodate and be super friendly. On top of that it came out great! Coming back whenever Im around!

Some of the best gelato Ive ever had, (I drive for work and sample ice creams all over southern California) rich and creamy with a large selection of flavors. Very nice service and nice atmosphere

Best Gelato Ive had. The flavors are so brilliant. Pistachio is wonderful. The banana bread so sweet. You really cant go wrong. They do have a few dessert pastries, which are pretty good.

Place was awesome! All staff were very friendly and welcoming to us as it was our first time in. I recommend getting coconut mixed with another flavor because it tastes amazing!!

This now called Gelato and Angels. One of the best gelato outside of Italy. Dog friendly place as well.
