hated this place. First of all before going i called them 3 times and nobody picked up. very bad impression on their first opening day. then i reached the store and asked for 2 scoops of ice-cream. serving was very small barely even a scoop. The cup was really small. Other places i have ice-cream their double scoop is enough for three people to eat but this was barely a scoop and the ice-cream was melted. Felt like i was having milkshake from a spoon. Oh and the guy didnt even know how to use the credit card machine. disappointed as their first day did not impress me and i wouldnt go back to this place ever.

Went there the other night, and the girl who worked there was giving as much ice cream as could fit into the cups for the customers ahead of us...then when it was our turn, she barely gave us just a couple scoops... Also, there was this weird old woman who kept trying to cut us in line and trying to rush us during our order, and the girl working behind the counter did nothing to keep the other customer in check.

This is the best ice cream around. Soft, creamy, and super flaverful and good serving sizes and the best service around. Worth the trip to Hermosa Beach from anywhere around just for the ice cream. I never go to LA without a trip to Paradise!

There was only one worker and it was a little busy, but she was really nice and took the time to make sure our sundaes were perfect!The ice cream here is really good and there is a good selection of different flavors.

The flavors of their ice cream are so incredible!!! And everyday you will find something new!! If you think you have tasted pistachio before, you havent. Count yourself blessed if they have some available!!!!

Ice cream? Its gelato. Soft texture which I just cant get behind and the flavors arent particularly interesting. Maybe someday Hermosa will have a legit ice cream shop.
