My review will be broken down by RESTAURANT and GRUB HUB, but together earn 4 stars. I had ordered 4 cookies via Grub hub which were delivered on time, but I only got 3 cookies instead of 4. I called Grub hub and they reached out to the driver and restaurant, and the restaurant was the one that forgot the extra cookie although the driver was supposed to check the order before he delivered it. Grub hub offered to refund the $3 for the cookie and reimburse me for the delivery fee should I reorder a cookie but per Milk Jar Cookies, the minimum order is $10 (which is why I ordered 4 cookies to begin with @ $3/each), so ordering 1 cookie wouldnt work. The driver called me back and offered to bring me the missing cookie which he did. I really appreciated everyones effort (restaurant, driver and GrubHub) in making this error correct. Much better experiences with Grub hub and Eat24 than UberEATS, who is constantly late and never delivers food to my hotel room. Grubhub: 5 stars Restaurant: 4 stars Regarding the cookies themselves, I found them to be undercooked like other reviews mention. And I cant justify $3-5/cookie. The best cookies in my opinion are Double tree Hotel...and they only cost $1-2 for each cookie, fresh and available 24 hours. GRUBHUB

The entire theme, decor and ambiance of Milk Jar Cookies is any girls dream! A cute and quaint cookie shop on Miracle Mile with delicious scrumptious cookies the size of your head! Ok maybe that was a little exaggerated but the cookies are huge! My work gets Milk Jar cookies catered to our office very frequently so when I saw the cute packaging and tasted the cookies, I knew I had to check out the shop for myself! Upon entering, I felt like I stepped into a Pinterest inspired vintage rustic home with mason jars, flowers and cute furniture galore. The shop smells of fresh cookies being baked and they even have milk jugs to pair along with your treat. The cookies itself are thick, huge and very filling! Soft, chewy and full of flavor in every bite. They dont skimp on their ingredients and you can taste the freshness. They also serve Fosselmans ice cream which is the perfect pairing for a ice cream cookie sandwich! Even though the cookies are about 3 bucks a pop, keep in mind that the size of the cookie is ginormous! TREAT YOSELF!

They serve different flavors of cookies for $3 each. You can also pair the cookies with Fosselman Ice Cream. ~Cookies~ The freshly baked cookies are so delicious; its warm and soft! I dont recall all the cookies I got on my first visit but they were good enough for me to return. On my second visit, I got Rocky Road, Caramel Chocolate Pecan, and White Chocolate Macadamia. My least favorite was the Rocky Road. The cookies were all soft and had a "freshly baked" flavor. ~Customer Service~ Friendly and nice. ~Notes~ -Indoor Seating -Street Parking / Parking lot in the back

Some might be turned off by the idea of boutique cookies, and yes, these are going to cost you more than your grocery store chocolate chip, but totally worth it as a little splurge to brighten up your day. Went in to get some cookies for my mom as an early mothers day gift and couldnt help but order something for myself so I could spend awhile tucked away in the adorable decor eating a delicious chocolate peanut butter. One area where cute factor goes too far-- paper straws do not hold up to an entire ice coffee without turning to wobbly mush.

This a great cookie snack bar in Mid Wilshire. The cookies are nice and thick. If you eat one by yourself it can keep you full for the rest of the afternoon. There isnt much seating except a couple of tables so expect to take your cookies to go. The servers are super friendly and will warm up your cookies upon request. My favorite cookie was the Chocolate Chocolate Chip which is pretty much the equivalent of a brownie. Guzzle it down with some milk or have a side of French Vanilla Ice Cream and youre pretty much in cookie heaven.

This is my wifes favorite place in L.A.! Everyone that comes over to our apartment has had at least one visit to Milk Jar Cookies, and they all love it. The staff is incredibly nice, and Id say theyre probably the friendliest workers out of any similar establishment in L.A. Of course, you want to know about the cookies! They are the best Ive had in L.A. AND Chicago. Its very much worth making a trip to from anywhere in L.A., and if you live in the neighborhood, youll probably come here frequently after try it the first time.

The good: Chocolate chip cookie and same with oatmeal. Both quite good but I prefer my CCC to be a bit more brown The better: Snickerdoodle was so very good. Its a cookie hard to ruin and this place made it extremely well. And, The chocolate pecan caramel was sooo rich. The best: White Chocolate chip raspberry. Real raspberries. I love this cookie in general, but here, hands down The best Ive ever had. The Beyond: The Banana split. Totally awesome. All the flavors of the dessert in a cookie. one of my absolute favorites ever

Come for the cookies but stay for the marshmallow ice-cream. First, look at the pictures to see just how cute this place is. From the china on the walls, to the milk bottle chandelier, its just oozing with cute. Then get to the cookies. The variety should mean youll find at least one, and probably more than one, youll like (even if youre gluten free). Top it off with some creative ice-cream (seriously, try the marshmallow!). Congratulations, you have created the perfect dessert!

Big and filling cookies that have a great taste. Very very good. Their ice cream is top notch too, with only one unique flavor (cookies and coffee) from the usual staples (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry). The place is somewhat small with limited seating, but if you go after 9PM then its not a problem. One thing I really like is that theyre open late until 11PM. Decor and the accompanying music take you back to when youre parents were young and falling on love.

This place has pretty decor. At arrival we were greated and the displays of cookies were out. I assumed that the cookies would just be soft and not warm because it was just sitting out there. But nope, they are amazing! Lighty crispy outside, warm inside. The chocolate was melty. I should have ordered milm to go because it is soooo sweet. I got the chocolate chip, cinnamon, and white chocolate. Definately worth the try!

My finance loves their cookies. If she were allowed to marry inanimate objects, she would probably leave me for these cookies. They are certainly on the expensive side. However, they make up for it with size, deliciousness and tasty flavors. It seems like they pull them out of the oven a little before your momma told you too. This makes the center way moist than anywhere else... Seriously though, just try them.

I was in the mood for coffee and noticed this place while I was walking down the street. On a whim, I decided to drop in and give it a try. I cant tolerate much wheat and noticed that they made a gluten free lemon cookie. Woo! The cookie was moist and very tasty. I was impressed with the coffee as well. It was strong and flavorful.

Sorry but i wasnt impressed. $14 for a qt of milk and 2 small cookies. I luv anything edible but the chocolate chip cookie was bland and tasted and felt like it wasnt done cooking. Also we were not warmly welcomed, which to me going to these places and spending twice what I would normally spend on something similar is expected. .
