This is a nice store but i got a parking ticket buying pet food she has storefront in front of parking meters, this store also has a side lot that u can park but i was unaware of it and no sign letting customers know please park in my lot so u dont have to worry about getting a parking ticket for $ 50 dollors after buying pet food i told the owner she should put a sign because i did not know that she had a lot available, and i was upset that i just bought food for pets and now have to pay a 50 dollor fine Thanks urban pet for not warning customers who are coming to shop in your store. That 5o dollors could have went to the pets boo hoo.

Amazing selection and I went a little overboard but thats a good thing. Im curious about the new foods but sadly the staff was non existent nor friendly. I would be back just because I love my dog enough to spoil him but Im no fan of the staff. I spent the majority of my time reading the labels because there wasnt much help. But if youre looking for a great selection of delicious foods for your little baby then theres no other place Id recommend.

The Urban Pet is nice! I strongly suggest that you do yourself and your dog a favor and call Zack! He really knows his stuff and believe me.Theyve got two locations with friendly, knowledgeable staff, and a huge selection of supplies for our dogs. I usually go there to get some food for my dog and my dog is developing more with this food and is more healthier than ever before.The staff is VERY helpful and friendly.

Large store with a lot if different snack options and treats. Parking in the back. $25 wellness check with sweetest Doc, Concepcion. Usual teeth cleaning includes wellness physical check $140. Second and 4th Sundays. Teeth cleaning area is up the stairs in the loft area. Located across from Pan Pacific Park (dog friendly).

Great store with many options. The prices are a little crazy. But there are done good deals. And if you live in the location its convenient. But for food and typical tails things I always go to a chain. Which I hate doing, but it saves me money. But still like to support these guys.

This is a cool little pet store. I appreciate they have samples of dog snacks for you. They also house a studio upstairs that takes "Furtographs" definitely recommend that. Theres also a huge park across the street which is dog friendly (not off leash though)

The service at The Urban Pet is great. And the prices arent even that much more than Petco-- but you get much nicer help from the staff. I recommend!
