From the start, I shouldve known it would be bad...lenses ground incorrectly for the prescription-they denied that it was their fault. Had to take the glasses back to my optometrist then go back to the store to tell them where the glasses were wrong!!! Always had an attitude when I asked them to tighten my plastic very expensive frames. The protective coating lasted less than a year and it was "my fault" with no options like - "Hey why dont we discount you and do them over" ?? I will never recommend this shop to anyone - in fact, I will warn everyone to stay away.

Ive been coming to the Complete Eye Care Center for many years. Usually I walk in w/o an appt. but their business is increasing so I suggest you call ahead. Theyve always had a professional demeanor and sell me affordable, accurate Rx glasses. If you buy two or more pairs you usually get a discount. I dont care if they kiss my posterior side just as long as they continue to perform at the professional level and quality service Ive enjoyed over these years. Thanks C.E.C.C. --- Patrick K. I am sorry but Id rather paying more money else where to get some respect. Everyone that works there were texting or chatting on the phone when I walked in and I had the appointment scheduled ahead of time. The eye exam lasted for 10 minutes: I am not sure of they care about your eyes.... They just pick up the money and go!

i had my boss come over to see this eye doctor. me. expecting the same service my boss got. i sent my mother over. The stupid nurse sent my mother to the hospital claiming that the doctor wont even see her eyes this dumb person who this doctor has working for him is a complete idiot. I WILL NEVER come to this place again.

Ali helped me find the right pair of frames and got me in a replacement pair of glasses in less than two hours. Great fit and quality work. Very impressed with this shop. Ive gone here multiple times and am very happy with the results every time. I highly advise their services.

Lots of great glasses to choose from and very reasonably priced, from $80-120. I love that they has ever glasses that fit Asian faces as well. Ive always had trouble with certain styles staying on the bridge of my nose. Your glasses are ready in 30 minutes, cant beat that!

I have always had good service and have been happy with the 5or6 glasses I had made there.. you want be treated with kid gloves... Go somewheres else and pay 5 times as much!!
