Glasses fine, price fine, however not enough staff to give decent service so I hated the experience. You wait for a while for anyone to help initially and dont even think of calling them later to see if your glasses are ready because they will not answer the phone, there is no message system, and nobody in Costco seems to even want to give them a message for you. I was told that I just need to keep calling and try to get lucky but they never answer their phones. That is almost a quote, by the way. Not cool. All I needed was to see if my glasses were ready but never did get an answer. Had to go down there just to find out. I wont be going back next year because of this very poor service.

Awesome place! Great customer service. The minute I walked up to the counter I was helped and greeted with a smile. Tom helped me pick my frames and was very kind and patient getting the correct measurements for me. I also ordered contact lenses, cant beat that Costco deal!

The staff is very nice, and very accommodating. Dr. Nguyen was very kind and patient with my questions, as I have sort of terrible vision. Its nice to feel comfortable with an optometrist who doesnt talk down to you, but definitely is very knowledgeable.

Great experience everyone from optical are not only friendly they are very professional, helpful and knowledgeable on what they are doing. I love their prices I get all my contact lenses and glasses there. I would highly recommend this Costco optical.

Great service. I needed help finding frames that would be compatible with my prescription and Tom was very patient and informative. Costco has the best prices and service. I used to go to Sams club, but not anymore.
