Well, it seems as though my experience with this business is quite different than the norm. I ordered the enchanted flower arrangement for Mothers Day. The flowers my mom received were beautiful. However, they were not what I ordered and they were not upgraded, which I had paid for. I called the shop around 5:00 PM to tell them about my experience and the manager would not even let me finish a sentence. She admitted that her designer made a mistake and that they would repair the situation by either: 1. dropping off another, smaller arrangement to equal the total amount of flowers she should have received or 2. deliver the correct arrangement and ask for the original arrangement back I told her these two options dont work for me because theyve already made the mistake of ruining the effect of delivering a big, beautiful arrangement. She asked me what I would like, and I said: "deliver the arrangement that you were supposed to without asking for the original ones back". I think this is a fair request. You made a mistake, its Mothers Day, Ive paid a lot of money - fix the situation. She then tells me, "you dont own the business, I DO!" to which I replied, "You asked me what I would like so, thats what I would like" She says, "you know what, Ive met people like you... give me your credit card number, I will refund your money back" Needless to say, I will never, EVER rely on this shop for a special occasion ever again. You can have the most beautiful flowers in the world, but if your attitude is dirt, then what youre delivering to your customers is DIRT. If I want to buy dirt, Ill go to home depot. **************UPDATE: THE BUSINESS OWNER CONTACTED MY MOTHER ON MOTHERS DAY. She accessed my private information to obtain my mothers phone number and called her at 9:00 PM on Sunday night to apologize that the flowers werent "BIG ENOUGH FOR HER" and convinced her to ask me to take my yelp review down. What should have been a nice gesture for Mothers Day turned out to make my mom feel horrible on Mothers Day; what a great sentiment to get with flowers. If she wanted to resolve this situation, she could have called ME. NOT HARASS MY MOTHER. It is absolutely unacceptable that someone would harass another person on Mothers Day about a YELP REVIEW. Get it together.

I was in a hurry to buy some flowers for my girlfriend on our anniversary. I called Ati over at Crown Valley Florist and she was very welcoming. I came over and she was able to make an amazing bouquet for me in a vase. My girlfriend absolutely loved it! Not only was the bouquet top notch but Ati is a super nice lady. I will definitely be going back here.

Best flower shop ive ever been too. If you like to pick out your own combo, this is a great place to do it. Ive never asked for assistance, because i got skills, but im sure they would be helpful if you needed it. The price is right and the selection is fresh and beautiful!
