Calling from CT on the morning of my Moms 92 birthday I was just hoping this florist I found on the Web was going to do a good job. BAM! They hit it out of the park! I called and got Liz, I couldnt have scripted it better! She understood my wishes exactly, was thorough, mentioned that were a family business. The icing on the cake for me was when I mentioned I was in CT and looked forward to seeing a picture of their work( I was expecting my dad to send me a photo) she shocked me by saying, is this your cell number I can text a photo of the display when its finished....Really? Is it still 2016? Outstanding customer service? DING, DING, DING! They win the prize! It was delivered that same morning and Mom was thrilled! It was stunning! Liz and the team at Tommy Austin, take a bow! Job well done!

First time using this florist. I decided to use a local florist direct as opposed to the discount big flower websites where you dont know who will actually be sending your flowers. I was very impressed with Tommy Austin and will use for my future orders. The flowers actually looked exactly how they appeared in the photos on the website in fact they turned out better. I cant tell you how many times flowers are usually a disappointment and look nothing like the photos on websites. Not at this florist I really appreciate them making the flowers look like what Im buying and actually think they enhanced the flowers even more. This will now be my future florist and the wife is happy about it. Smell of flowers was incredible too

Very terrible customer service. I am not in California and asked for a special request bouquet delivery to my best friends brothers funeral. I explained that we have been best friends since we were three years old and that her family means everything to me. All I asked was that they ask for her directly and give her a hug and say that it was from me and that I was sorry that I could not be there. They did not tell me that they could not honor my request until after I paid for the flowers. I should eventually get a refund I believe. Archibald Flowers was able to assist with my special request - if you need something a little extra, go there.

Liz is the BEST!! I was going to do the flowers for my own wedding and I went in her shop just to see what I was missing by having a vendor do the work. I am so grateful I did! I told Liz what my price range was and she worked with me to make our wedding day beautiful. I asked her to help customize my husbands boutonniere and she did great! He really liked the surprise fishing lure added to his rose. Liz made me feel comfortable because she was great with correspondence. Her flowers are BEAUTIFUL and some of the arrangements have lasted 2 weeks!! My bridal bouquet smelt AMAZING!!

For the last 3 years, Tommy Austin Florist has not only provided my class with white carnations for our science project, but they have donated these free of charge simply because they want to support education. The flowers look great during our 2 week experiment, and then we are able to send the flowers home with the kids afterwards so they can continue to enjoy them (plus a touch of food coloring). Thank you Tommy Austin for helping my students learn with your beautiful flowers!

I absolutely love this flower shop, the arrangements are always beautiful. When asked upon request, they always provide a unique arrangement. I am always amazed about how accommodating they are and how friendly they are over the phone. One time for my cousins birthday they made her a cute and personalized candy arrangement, it was perfect. They are great for custom request.
