Ordering floral arrangement over the phone was the first time I did this considering I live in Hollywood and the recipients resides in Lake Forest. Finding a florist online was not easy, but when I came across Lake Forest Floral Design, I blindly went with them; Thankfully with the help of Claudia, she was able to put my wants, needs, and ideas into a reality. She and Misty was also able to send me a picture to my phone the next day of how the arrangement would look like. Loved it! Thanks ladies for making the delivery happen with all my expectations. Keep up the great work!

I had ordered on-line and made a selection, I was contacted directly as the color of my selection was not available, they suggested an alternate that to me was acceptable. The recipient was enthralled with the selection (Daughter). Delivered as promised and because of the availability issue added a sweetener to the delivery. Thoroughly professional, will definitely use for all my floral requirements.

The florist was very pleasant and helpful. I had a tight budget and she made good suggestions to fit my budget and than gave me an awesome price. I have lots of friends and family in lake forest. i will defiantly go back to her. she has beautiful arrangements too.
