I was asked to leave a review for my experience by the manager and sales person when I finished my purchase as I was told that they are struggling with the ratings online. Well initially I wondered why?? but now I have no question based on my experience with these folks. Let me begin with the amount of purchase that I did with the store. I purchased Living Room, and 2 bedroom sets furniture with these guys that summed up to $4000 in total sale. The in-store experience was decent with not so pushy salespersons that I personally liked. The rest of the story compensated with the worst customer service experience that I have had so far. 1. Its a complete waste of time calling these people at the store at Lake Forest Location. 2 times they placed me on-hold and no one picked up the phone after being on-hold for 15 minutes. Ultimately, I have to call back and explain the whole thing back again. 2. They will tell you that someone will call you to follow up. THAT IS ANOTHER FALSE PROMISE. 3 times it happened to me that I was promised a call back and no one bothered to call and I had to follow up myself explaining the whole story again. 3. Delivery 1 went WRONG: These people cannot get the ORDER Placed in the SYSTEM Correctly. I asked for a low profile foundation/box-spring. They delivered a standard Box-Spring. Something I did let go initially and they told me that they will update the order and gave a me new delivery date of week after. I was fine with that. 4. Delivery 2: I received a call from them on the same day as the Date of Delivery when the correct box-spring was supposed to arrive that the Delivery needs to be rescheduled as the box springs are out of stock. I had the guests coming over the weekend and I could have made other arrangements if they would have informed me in advance. Finally I was given a new date of delivery. That I accepted with dissatisfaction. 5. Delivery 3: So the delivery of the foundation/box-spring finally showed up on the new promised date, but this time they had another blunder. The size of the box-spring was not the one that was ordered. I was really PISSED and called the Store again. I was promised a call back from the MANAGER and I AM YET TO RECEIVE THAT CALL. 6. Delivery 4: Here is another Blunder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And they brought another wrong Delivery for the FOURTH FREAKING TIME!!! How DUMB can you be.. WORST Experience EVER!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS. So to sum it up, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

We had gone to Ashley Furniture Laguna Hills to get a mattress. The buying process was easy and we had a nice sales woman, the mattress was said to be in stock and we had delivery set up for two days later and was promised to be called for a delivery time frame the day later. The next day I hadnt received a call so I took it upon my self to call them; it was said that my delivery would be between 10-2 the following day. Delivery day came and 2 oclock came around still no call and no delivery. So once again I took it upon my self to contact them, I was then assured once again that my delivery was from 10-2; they said they were going to call the delivery men to get an eta. A hour passed and still no call! As history repeats it self I called them, at this point I cannot receive delivery because of other errands needing to be done, I have already sat at home half of the day. I asked to speak to a manager, she apologizes and says she will waive the delivery fee and my mattress will be delivered on Friday because it is not in stock. I was told by my sales woman that it was in stock thats why delivery would be so quick! She then refunded my delivery and I would call if I wanted to cancel the mattress because I wasnt sure if I would get one any quicker. I had later found somewhere to get me a mattress asap so I called to get the refund for the mattress. When being told the amount that I was getting refunded I realized it was short, so I asked what was not included and they said the mattress protector was not being refunded. I told them I didnt want it because I didnt need it for something I didnt have, they then went on to tell me that all sales were final on that item. I called continuously for another 2 hours to get in touch with any manager and finally got a call back. She went on to tell me that it cannot be refunded because I was the one who cancelled the mattress. This entire situation was not in my control so why was I being punished?! I then asked to speak to the store manager he then went on to blame Sealy for the mattress not being available today and he then also declined to refund me for the mattress protector. He made offer upon offer to still keep my money for the mattress (I want no ties to this store so why would I give them any one of my dollars) and refused over and over about taking the mattress protector back and said dont worry you will be able to use it one day. I will never step foot in this place again, it is wrong to punish a customer for your mistakes!

By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. To make this long story short: a day before my delivery I was told I wouldnt receive one piece of my delivery. Thats fine so I requested a partial delivery the next day. Everything seemed okay until tomorrow happened. No delivery, no phone call, nothing. I called and sat on the phone on hold for over two hours before talking to a representative. They said the delivery was never rescheduled and that the earliest I could get my partial order was the end of the month, which was outrageous. After talking to a supervisor who claimed she could get it to me next weekend she said she would return my call when she had it sorted it. That call never came. I called again the following day and sorted it out with a regular representative with another two hour wait on hold, twice. Now a day prior to my newest delivery date I get a phone call asking when Im going to schedule my delivery date for my order. I was furious. Not only have I rescheduled multiple times but clearly they had no idea what was going on, to make it even more infuriating I would be receiving even less of my order because they dont know how to properly manage their inventory. The entire circus ended with me leaving a family dinner to drive to the store I made my purchase from to demand answers and possibly a refund. When I arrived your manager (who I was told wasnt in that night) took over 20 minutes to meander his way to the customer service desk. After which he carelessly apologized about my experience and offered me $100 IN STORE CREDIT for my troubles. Seriously!? He then left in the middle of this to "talk to a customer". After waiting another 30 minutes at the desk for him to return I demanded my order be fully refunded. What really made him show how delusional this man was is he asked why I want to cancel my order and get a refund. I was so surprised that those words even came from his mouth. So long story short. Canceled my order and will never go back and never purchased from any Ashleys store again. They deserve no business from any location. I went to living spaces that night and got my entire order shipped to me and two days with no problems....just saying.
