Absolutely worst experience trying to work with Urban Furniture! Bought a couch from them 7 months ago. Sectional with sleeper sofa! Paid just under $1600 with taxes and "set up fee" etc. upon looking at the couch, and only wanting a portion of it, because all the couches can be "custom made" for you, I was quoted $900. When asked if I could get the sleeper sofa, owner responded sure and quoted me $1350 for the piece. Places my order and couldnt wait to get my sleeper sofa delivered in "2 weeks". First, it took them over 3 weeks to deliver the first time and upon arrival the couch wasnt right. The sleeper sofa causes the entire sofa to sink backwards and even the youngest, most fit person needed to be helped off the couch. I called repeatedly and left messages and no one returned my call. After a week of trying to get In touch I went into the store and the owner, Moe, assured me he was going to "make it right". Picked the couch up later that week to repair, had it for weeks! I called, and called, and again had to go in to speak with owner regarding status of my couch! They dropped off couch and again, same problem as though they did nothing in the weeks that they had the couch! This back and forth routine has gone on for the past 7 months!!! The last time that they delivered the couch, same problem and they didnt bring me all the cushions for the couch! Moe offered to make me a regular couch without the sleeper sofa and refund me the money for the sleeper part of the couch. Which I was not happy about because I specifically went out to purchase Sleeper Sofa but after 7 months its better than this mess! New couch was delivered today. First, they did not bring all the cushions! They had to come back later. Then the delivery driver tried to give me $200 for the sleeper. Moe charged me $450 for the sleeper! Went into the store and talked to owner and he vehemently denied this! I took my receipt back in to discuss and he called me a liar, repeatedly! Of course nothing is itemized on the receipt, lesson learned! Absolutely would never recommend this place and Im sickened that I contributed even a dollar of my hard earned money to this place!

I bought my daughter a bed from there They matched the price & when a slat of wood from the bottom of the bed broke. They went above & beyond to mail me my part. Especially Jill I had the pleasure of dealing with her & Gary was Great when I picked up my item there Awesome ! Excellent customer service & nice furniture I loved the price match as well

We literally shopped around about a dozen stores and no one was as helpful as the guys at Urban. We were looking for a sectional and we were able to customize exactly everything that we wanted. The price was totally reasonable, if not better than the other places, and the sectional was built and delivered in a super fast time. We love it!

Nice Selection - The sales people were really friendly and helpful. I was able to tell them exactly what I was looking for and they found it for me. The prices were great too. I would without a doubt send my freinds and family in. If I ever need new furniture I would go back!

SOOO HAPPY WITH THEM! I bought an Ashley sectional and had it delivered, it was much cheaper than at the Ashley store, I had it delivered a couple days later, they set it all up, even helped move some other stuff around to help make a better fit! I am so happy!
