BE HIGHLY CAUTIOUS: The employees at this store should all be retrained in customer service. They have treated our 74 year old mother so badly. She purchased a couch and paid cash. There was an issue after it was delivered. Instead of refunding her money. They are forcing her to exchange it and they take forever just to "submit" the paper work. Not to mention the delivery. Im pretty sure that if we had gone any where else, they would refund with the receipt. Or maybe with a 3rd party involved? Local news.

The store is nice and the furniture looks nice and is comfy but be sure you know what youre getting when you want the "leather" furniture. According to manager the picture I showed them (posted here) is "normal wear and tear" for this type of leather. The chair is about a year old. This was our experience. Your experience maybe different.
