So had a good experience with the lady but the man there was , rude! And extreamly unprofessional! I bought a dinning table and bedroom set . While I was talking to the lady the man ! Kept inturupting us. Cuz he doesnt manners . Or customer service . I overlooked that experience. Went back and I spoke to the lady and was quoted a price for mattress box springs and when I went to pick them up the male was there sitting at the desk on his phone and quoted me a higher price !!! I was DONE! Worse customer service DONT BUY FROM HERE!

They brought us the wrong furniture color and I received it..my husband called Alex and it has been 3 weeks that they keep saying that they will change it and deliver and they wont answer their phones this is frustrating how they dont keep us I formed! They say different things . . (To the sellers Call us if you dont like the review we need our furniture and it would be nice if you guys would answer your calls or texts it seems we are in limbo)

Went to the the store with my parents who wanted to purchase a new tv stand. Walked the whole store and now came out to ask if we need help or anything. We even knocked on the counter and nothing. Never ever will we go into that store waste of time and unprofessional. I wish i could give that store a 0.

The bed was just too big for my room, so I asked if I can exchange for another bed, owner said no. I asked if I could return mirror at least. He was no help with that either. He only cares about his money no one else. Never going back there again.

I put down 100 dollars, didnt finish the deal and they never gave me my money back. I come in and talk to them and they say they cant do anything about it but cant say why. I try calling the owner I never get an answer
