My wife and I were looking for a couch for her Makeup Room, we shopped most of the store on the main street but the quality wasnt there or the products were just too overpriced. I was getting a little frustrated as I just wanted to rest; fortunately we stumbled upon Maiselle Fine Furniture located in Foothill Tanch. The nice thing about Maiselles is the staff isnt in your face, they actually allow you to roam free throughout the store without the constant nagging like most of the stores in the area. The furniture quality is top-notch and they have a huge selection of fabrics and materials to personalize your furniture. When I was ready to ask questions the staff was great, and Yen the owner was very knowledgeable, he help us with our final selection and the quality of the sofa is just incredible. Also unlike the most of the other Furniture Stores in Foothill Ranch the pricing is reasonable for the quality you are getting and they dont use the typical tactics where the price a sofa at originally $2,999 but for this weekend only you can get it for $999 when you know it isnt even worth the $999 to begin with. If you are looking for quality furniture I would recommend dropping by Maiselle Fine Furniture to take a peek at the hidden treasures.

Excellent store. My wife and I are very very satisfied the moment we entered into this store. Staff were very friendly. Not pushy. They assisted us in selecting the best furniture that fits not only our budget but also the size of our house. Price is very reasonable. Theres plenty of choices in this store. Delivery was on time. Delivery staff were very careful with our existing furniture. I had the privileged of meeting the owner of this store. He is very jovial and willing to help. I was surprised he was one of the delivery personnel that delivered our furniture. I highly recommend this store. Give it a shut. You will be surprised with the price, quality of the furniture and the kind of service youll get is amazing.

On Yelp, most reviewers claim that Maiselle has great customer service. However, we didnt receive that same customer service. We bought a small table and 2 chairs. When we brought it in to my house, the table was too small. We wanted to get a refund or at least a swap since we werent satisfied. However, theres a "all sales are final " policy. This struck me as strange as there are yellow tags that say this and white tags that dont. So when we wouldnt get a refund or a swap, this is why Im writing this review. And this review is staying here until I get an opportunity to swap that table for something of the same price. I even tried to privately contact them, but to no avail.
