When the day arrives I have too much time and money, the first place Im going to shop is CVS. I get that its the 7-11 of drug stores with prices to match, and equally bad attitude, but you would think the pharmacy would be different. When you drop off your prescription expect mild confusion behind the counter, long lines and even longer waits to pick up your prescription. The place functions like a Soviet factory in the 1970s. Just go somewhere else if you value your time, money and sanity.

Often many staff but no one attending the lines. Needs a manager. They said 20 minutes. Its been 45. And then the pharmacist says "heres your two." I had given them three prescriptions. They forgot one. Hes still working on it now. Really, an embarrassment. One of the worst Ive seen, and the standard for "a good cvs" is a low one to begin with. Now hitting 50 minutes.

This pharmacy is the best Ive been to. Pharmacy technician Brit was actually the most helpful advocate Ive ever had. He called my insurance, was on hold for 30 minutes, and didnt give up. He was honest with me, and had many great suggestions on how to streamline the process for next time. Thank you, Brit! Youve got a customer for life.

Store manager is extremely condescending... never had any trouble with the staff there but the store manager shouldnt work in a customer-facing role... way too condescending... seems to be on some sort of power trip because hes pissed that he never got anywhere in life

Unbelievably slow, unreliable, took over a week to get a prescription filled, with varying excuses each time I called, then when finally ready, spent 45 minutes on the phone and another 45 at the store.

Its very rare I have any problems with a store but I just encountered someone extremely condescending. Ill more than likely dodge this store despite it being conveniently located. Very unfortunate.

Store says open 24 hrs ,only the bathrooms are not , starting new job in area,nothing open in that Im aware of in shopping center , and Im told to find a gas station!
