I will never again use this pharmacy! Unfortunately I had to go to the ER so the only open pharmacy when I was done was walgreens. I had four meds I dropped off, and they only chose to fill three. I knew insurance wouldnt take the fourth one so I was ready to pay out of pocket, however they chose to not bother to fill it or give me the option to pay. The following day they called and said it was ready, but when I got home I realized it wasnt even what the doctor had given me. Walgreens decided since my insurance couldnt be billed they would switch it, stating they asked the doctor to do so. When I called the hospital they told me no one had even contacted them about changing my medication ever. The pharmacy manager and several other employees were very rude, had very rude comments to say and refused to give me my hard copy back continuously changing their stories. Eventually I was able to get it back and go to another pharmacy. Never again will I go back there even being this sick, I will wait til a pharmacy is open and go to another. The employees have no idea what theyre doing, they run back and forth forgetting theyre helping someone already, and have no customer service. They refused to let me speak to anyone else to resolve my matter. Thankfully my other pharmacy was able to fill it, even faster mind you, and I was happily on my way.

My physician called in a prescription wish they didnt have they said it would be in the next morning I called the next morning after nine minutes on the phone there phone system hung up on me I called and talk to the manager Michael he placed me on hold seven minutes later the phone hung up on me on the third phone call and after a total of 18 minutes he told me the medication wouldnt be ready until 2 oclock in the afternoon I find their staff and caring and generally a poor performance overall I would like to suggest you go to Fred Meyers just down the street or right aid three blocks away

Never have I experienced such a clusterfuck of a Walgreens pharmacy as the one on Burnside. I transferred from the Walgreens on the TV & 15th to this one. Id have an easier time getting my Rx filled with a forgery from a fake doctor in Mexico than I do at this location. I get the same prescriptions over and over, I have for years and from Walgreens! What. The. HELL?! The pharmacy on TV & 15th needs to host a demonstration on how to run a pharmacy, how to interact with humans and also to teach how to be compassionate and treat patients like living, breathing humans. FFS!

If I could give a half star I would. My fiancé has 2nd and 3rd degree burns and needed his pain medication but instead of helping people in line the pharmacist helps the drive through when theres a line five people long in the store. Then they inform us the medication he is getting requires paperwork and will take 45 minutes to complete. This is BS I have never been less impressed with an establishment.

I hate Walgreens so much... Honestly the pharmacists always have an attitude when you ask questions and theyre never accurate about the time it takes to fill them. I suggests going to Safeway
