Never Again - So i work in North Bend and live in West Seattle.. I tried to get there on Monday but arrived at 7:25.. So Yesterday May 2, 2017 I got off work at 6:35 busted my but to get there and i got there at 7:10.. I walked around looking at the hair and at 7:20 i was told i had to leave they were closing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.. I said i thought you closed at 7:30.. now its 7:25 the gentleman told me to leave they close at 7:25. They still had a customer at the counter. Never Again. How freaking rude. I was a customer who was there to make a purchase not take a evening stroll after driving 30 miles in rush hour traffic to be rudely escorted out. Just like the YouTube video.. When they were in the promanade they were rude and apparently that hasnt changed since they have relocated!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this place. Friendly, helpful staff. Large selection of synthetic and natural hair, hair and skin products, oils and natural beauty products at a reasonable place. They are happy to order product for you. Not a lot of nail supplies.
