The manager was the person who greeted me and came to the counter for my return. I purchased a flat iron THE PREVIOUS DAY from another location and she proceeded to ask me why I was shopping at that location (Lynnwood) in a condescending tone. I told her that I lived closer to Lynnwood as opposed to where I had shopped the day before-because I cant shop different stores occasionally-and she gave me a rude look. I told her my flat iron caught hair and pulled it so she started to say, "Well since there is nothing wrong with it," and unfortunately I cut her off and said Ill take it to Marysville. She said uh huh and nodded while starting to walk away as I grabbed my bag off the counter. Did I forget to mention she blatantly started out rude when I said I got a book at the Marysville location for free, that was not what I thought it was, and I tried to give it back (for no money) and she rudely stated that theres nothing like that here you will have to take it back there. It was FREE and I didnt want money for it, just to give it back! I told her as I was walking away that she didnt have to be rude so she said she was sorry I felt that way, also rudely. All of this, as if I am a criminal! I am a licensed cosmetologist who shopped at a professional store with a receipt! You cant even purchase here without a license, so why should I be treated so poorly because a product has a design flaw? I will be calling to make sure her managers know how she is treating her customers. Such an awful experience, will not be shopping there again if I can help it.

They have the rudest staff I have ever seen. Today I called the store to check up my order if it was ready to pick up yet. It has been two weeks already, and when I ordered it, the cashier told me that I could pick up on next Thursday. Then I just called the store. I told them what I was told, and there was a girl saying that they were still ordering it. I said it was okay bla bla bla.. And that girl kept saying about ordering and calling me back later and then she HUNG UP the phone without letting me say final words. I was shocked because I didnt expect the conversation ended surprisedly like that! So rude!!!

There was this one lady that was rude, she has no matters at all. I shouldve gotten her name. They should re evaluate there staff and replace them. I would not give any star at all.

They were all out of the perm solution I was in need of, the discount rack was a mess, and the girl was not very welcoming and negative towards questions.
