I really hate this store! First Off, the workers are extremely rude... Not to mention they followed me all over the store when their where other nationality in store at the same time I was. Then the korean women sold me some products that wasnt even needed for the hair, it was some spray that was "suppose" to make it better but instead it made it "nappier." Then when i asked them about some black hair, they really sat there and gave me an false answer and I knew that because hello I am black american. I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE THIS STORE! PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! FRIEND RUDEEEEEEEEEE WORKERS AND HONESTLY, THERE ARE OTHER AND BETTER HAIR STORES IN SAN FRANCISCO. THIS IS "NOT" THE ONE!

My money was not even good enough for the Korean sales lady. I was purchasing a pack of Remi hair and paying with cash. I gave the lady some 20 dollar bills. One of them was extremely wrinkled but not torn and she had the audacity to ask if I could give her another 20 instead of the wrinkled one. I had a wallet full but I told her no take it or leave it. Oh, she took it. I am through going there. Spend with someone who knows about African American hair and the products we use. They will try to sell you anything.

Has somethings you may be looking for but not all of them like bonnets and REAL Brazilian Hair and they dont have flower headbands.
