Pharmacy confirmed an order and got the call to say its ready. I went in and they refused to fill the order, after months of regular pickup and refills, stating the doctor didnt give the correct order. They were happy to sell it to me tho! How predictable, another pharmacy that is happy to take your money but wont call an insurance company to confirm or call the doctors office. Why confirm a refill and then refuse to fill it on site? Why, if the order was early, did I get a call saying it was ready for pickup? It was birth control, do these people think we are taking them for fun???? Unbelievable.

Clean , friendly and well stocked, however with the friendliness come extremely slow lines. I usually wont even bother if there are more than a couple people in line, as it can easily take 15 minutes to process the people in front of you. Parking is also very tight, theres lots of it for the room, but you are not going to be getting your pickup in the lot if there are more than a few people.

The staff here is always so friendly. Im not in Bartells often anymore, but when I am its nice to see a few of the faces I remember from when I was a bit younger, as well as some new faces as well. Theyre always well stocked, have a great selection of just about everything, and some great sales sometimes on products I buy. Great store.

Bartells in general is the best drug store and the Magnolia store is tops! Very friendly staff, open airy relaxing atmosphere (you can see over the tops of the shelves!) and great selection.
