My recent experience at Whole Foods at the Fig Garden Village Shopping Center was extremely disappointing. Both the service and layout of the remolded facility has been more of determent rather than an improvement. The first issue I would like to address is the rude service I was given at the deli Department. The person who served me was inattentive and had a lack of customer service skills as he rushed customers through the line without given an opportunity to complete the sandwich order. The following issue that was noted that day was the layout of the newly renovated food court. The order in which the food court was designed created a more chaotic unharmonious flow of customers. The food line for sandwiches and pizza orders were indistinguishable as both customers and staff were confused on who the proceeding customer was. That day I had difficulty ordering my usual build your own sandwich because of the obscure view of condiments and meat selection. The setup of this design was unprofessionally as the bread covered the view of the spreads, meats cheeses and fresh vegetables. The last two issues I would like to address is the seating arrangements and the music selection for the store. The newly installed seating arrangement didnt have the selection of both booths and tables but instead was replaced with only tables and chairs. The music was inappropriate for the whole foods franchise as it portrayed a more retailed environment of annoyance and irritation instead of the usual calming environment.

Been going here for years Usually find whatever I need, havent had any bad experiences with the employees except for one occasion where my little one decided he was gonna run off and use the stack of almond milk to play drums, so I ran to stop him and called out to him so he would stop before he got to the milk, a coworker noticed and basically stopped me and scolded me. Um, like why? Im guessing they assumed I was going to hit my child or something like that. Honestly WTH and why, it made me very embarrassed and I felt awkward and was angered by this employees rudeness. I went to go stop my child from damaging your products so I could bring them back and put them in my cart and you stand in my way towering above me and scolded me and say no. I didnt visit that whole foods for a long period of time after that, I was appaled. I always go dressed low-key, so I dont stand out or get recognized by fans on the net, and since I have anxiety I like to SHOP IN PEACE. Maybe he say my attire and assumed I was some from the ghetto child abuser. As a business woman, I found this guys behavior appalling . Ive been going to this whole foods even before he started working there.

I like that Whole Foods has organic, gluten free or specialty items more so than other grocery stores around here. The store layout is nice, and they even have a snack bar type area. The parking lot is usually always full with elderly people fighting over spots. Most of the time you will end up parking towards the other Fig Garden area stores and walking a bit. I have to agree with a previous review that mentioned the customers will eyeball you if you are a miniority or they dont think youre white. That can make the shopping experience uncomfortable but I dont think its the stores fault. Honestly most people other than some can afford Whole Foods (is freaking pricey) so I guess it makes sense. Also the location is in the suburb of Bullard wanna be Clovis area so yeah. The store is slow to restock certain items specifically gluten free or other dietary options. The staff is sometimes kind of cold and aloof with long lines. I think Whole Foods is overhyped and overpriced but its also somewhat coveinent. But I think Sprouts is much better.

The cost of aquisition is apparent in the price escalation. We always have gotten a sandwich at the deli, to round out our shopping experience. NOT AGAIN. The bread went from artisan to sliced loaf. Bad move! Nothing special in loaf bread. Ingredient amount decreased. Selections decreased. Price up almost 30 percent in less than 12 months. Taste is still wonderful, but not a value. We will be evaluating our need, or desire, to continue shopping Whole Foods. Billion dollar acquisitions have to be paid for by someone. Not by me!

I love that theres a place in town where I can get food that doesnt contain a lot of the additives that are in foods sold in regular grocery stores. Only thing is that they are super pricey at times. If youre lucky to find your go-to items on sale, their sales are pretty reasonable. For supplements, though, forget it. Shop online, please! I used to purchase my supplements here monthly until I found them for 1/3 the price on Amazon. So theres good stuff here but prepare to pay hefty prices.

I picked out my dinner last night - a packaged salad. Best Id ever had. Salads in packages are usually lacking ... something. I had Boysenberry pie for desert. I spent a long, long time picking out my food. Theres so much to choose from and its all delicious. The staff is friendly. The bakery is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Well, anyway ... I dont shop there all the time because its kinda pricey ... but its well worth it.

Love going into this exclusive store. First thing that hits you is the insensual auromas wafling from the handmade soaps. Then you see the great produce, home made seafood soups and chowders, the great cuts of beef, large gorgeous hens..... If you have an unlimited grocery budget and money is not one of your worries, you are in grocery shopping heaven.

Staff is excellent, everything is great except the prices and they use GMOs in their food, that is why they stopped telling you what is in their recipes (where you can dish out your food) because I kept bringing it to their attention. I dont trust them, not everything is organic like they claim.

No way, I can survive being vegan without store in town. Various vegan options, but sad that they stopped carrying items such as Heidi Ho cheese, Daiya strawberry cream cheese, vegan donut holes, vegan spelt brownies. I am always browsing through the aisles for new items. Thank you.

It is pricey but really the best place in town to get locally grown, organic produce and meat. They also have a grest selection of cooked food, and a tremendous selection of organic ales. Just be prepared to spend a fair bit of money!

Fantastic and expensive. I had no idea there was so much healthy food. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even gave me free ice to keep my food cold on my drive home. Id give them more stars if I could.
