I dont like to shop at SF supermarket because those two bosses ladies have very limits english. I called the store and asked if they carried certain foods that need it, but they dont understand me. Sometimes, they dont answer any phone calls even its during business hours. That store has no customers skills especially two mean vietanamese ladies. The owners should not hire these two ladies. Both of them are headed and hard to understand english. We are in the United States, but these two ladies still treat their employees and customers like they still live in Vietnam. They dont check their frozen foods, milk, and seafood. I bought some molded dumpling, some milks that are expired, rotten seafood, and too soggy fried fish (the fish still fill with oil and just wrap to me without proper draining the oils out). One skinny vietnamese lady - may be shes the boss or the supervisor was so rude to the employees and demand their to do her tastes first instead of let them serve their customers. Shes mean and so rude. Go shop somewhere else if shes still working there. She cannot refund your money back especially for rotten, molded food and expired foods. I dont care about that dummed policies regarding returns items. They need to check on their foods.

They should fired the fat cashier G. Ramona! She has the worst customer service ever, we bought some stone crab and has the guy at the sea food place bag if for us and that fat cashier G. Ramona trying to make it sound like we mix other crabs together. She called a guy to come check n he confirmed its all stone crab and she called another guy to come check again because she doesnt believe its all stone crab. After multiple guys to come check n they said the crab is not moving so charge the dead crab price and she kept poking her finger to the crab n make it same like the crab is moving so she said its moving n she charge us the alive price. I dont mind paying the alive price but after she make a comment "dont ever mix the dead and alive crabs together." This pissed me off because we didnt bag ourselves, we had the worker from the seafood place bag it for us and he chose to give us some dead n alive crabs when we have to pay for alive price. This cashier need to be more respectful and stop being races. We always chose SF Supermarket but after today experience I will never go back. I rather go to some other Asian store n pay more with better service n respect!!!!!

I moved from LA to Fresno for many years and I was happy to hear about SF supermarket coming to Fresno. After shopping at this market couple times, I decided to go back to the filipino market across town. The filipino market is smaller but have food court that is always packed with customers. Their fishes selection is better and they give ticket number to each order and page you with the number when fish is done. This way you dont need to wait and it prevent confusion. Also they fry the fish better. Everytime I asked for crispy fish at SF , I get the regular fried fish. The worker at filipino market is more friendly and always smiling. Too bad , this market is couple blocks away from my house but I rather go to the Filipino Islands market on the first street. 6/716 They now have ticket # and fry crispy fish now. They have the lowest price on fruits , pork and veggie in town. Thanks for listening and improve upon.

when I heard SF supermarket opens in Fresno, I was excited because I know SF Supermarket has many other locations in California. I dont expect they are as good as 99 Ranch market. After shopped there last week, very disappointed. Its a large market and nice decorations on the front door. But the foods they sells are not good. I bought a Chinese rice rolls I used to buy at other chinese market. That one I bought in SF, it has keep in the store over a week, and because the chinese rice rolls can only keep for few days after made. So it seems they keep put the expired foods on the shelf even its expired. Its the same to the chinese vegetables, I can see it clearly the leafs begin turning yellow it means it has been on the shelf long time. All other grocery they sells the price are not cheap. I can say I wont shop there again unless they improve.

Poor customer service! The cashier G.Ramona is so rude and such a slow worker! She make us wait for so long while she was counting her drawer money so slow, seriously isnt u suppose to count inside the office before come to your register? But she is really disrepectful and have ugle attitude! Beside that becareful when you buy live seafoods becasue they will mix dead ones with live ones so you wont notice n pay more. Will never shop there again!

Wow. There are so many unique things to look at in this store. It is a well-rounded international supermarket in that items from many different regions of Asia are offered, rather than all things coming from one place. The prices are good too, some things are cheaper elsewhere, but the store is very clean and the lighting is good.

AN Average 알리사

I like the variety of seafood and the Korean booth near the entrance that includes many Korean beauty products and a decent arrange of K-pop merchandise. Although I have only been here twice, I did enjoy both visits. The customer service was okay, but it could improve.

This place is cool! I liked the fact that staff was nice and helpful. The items are pretty easy to find and the products arent as expensive as some people would think. So overall it was a good experience, will definitely come shopping here again :)

I love sf they have every Asian food there especially the seafood, they have all kind of fish that I have never seen before in Fresno they even fry the fish. They got all type of noodles. Need to check out the store if you guys havent.

This is a very impressive Asian market. They have a very good selection of fresh fish. There is a very wide variety of fresh noodles, dry goods, Asian grocery and 25lb. rice. The produce department was fresh and neatly organized.

Poor customer service at the meat department. I waited to be help and the meat person literally ignored me and helped everyone else. Im not standing at the meat department to stare at the workers. I want to get some poultry.

I like this supermarket for its fresh fish and fresh produce that cannot be found elsewhere. Here you find exotic fruits at good prices. The workers are friendly. This store was badly needed in our City!

this is probably the best place to buy SeaFood but those Vietnamese/Chinese people that works in there are very rude compared to the other asians people in there

A lot of local stuff from Asian countries. Fair quality in terms of veggie and meat, but the the prices are really cheap compared to other stores.
