I took my car in because we needed new tires for our car and an alignment. Once the alignment was done we were told that the axle needed to be replaced because it was leaking fluid and one other issue. We had the latter issue fixed because it did not require much money but the axle fixing was going to cost us around $ 300. Something did not seem right so we took the car in to another mechanic for a check up, who after checking and rechecking told us that there was nothing wrong with the axle. It has been over a month and a long road trip since this incident and the car is running just fine with no problems with the axle or any supposed leakage. I will not be taking my car back to this center for anything because an issue was manufactured to get money from the customer.

Best customer service and prices I have had/seen in years !! Was super disappointed in another tire shop I did business with for over 20 years not working with me to match a price that they said they would honor. Discount Tire not only match the price but drove to get the tires themselves so I could make a trip in the morning without having to worry about my tires. JP was awesome this was at the Blackstone Herndon location. I will tell all my friends the othwr Tire Center lost a 25 year customer and their family over $16 how stupid is that? Thank you Discount Tire Center my new go-to tire place

I had been going to Discount tire for several years , but at a different location. I had the worst experience with the other location..to many issues to post here! I finally decided to drive to this store on Blackstone and Im sure glad I did. I was greeting by Anthony ,he was friendly, and up beat , he apologized for the other location and provided me with superior service. He was great! The facility was clean and neat and he gave me a discount! If service matters to you and if you want someone who cares about their customers and their vehicles... Go see Anthony!!

The first time I went, they changed my oil and used the wrong filter. The filter popped off and all the oil spilled out the next day and I was driving without oil. Idiots. The next time I went there, I waited over 2 hours for a tire rotation and topping off my fluids when they had told me an hour and a half tops. They forgot to top off the fluids. A 5 minute job, they had over 2 hours and still could not get it right. This place is a joke.

Best tire shop out there. The workers there are chill and cool and easy to talk to. Bought my car from a dealership and they didnt give me the key for the lug nut so I went in and got my lug nuts locks removed for free while other shops charge 50+ for it.

Worst service ever. I put 4 new tires on my car and told them to put the spare back. They replaced the four ties on car which one was my spare and left the bad tire as my spare now I have a flat and no spare they basically said my prpblem

Great store...we got a flat tire on a trailer. They changed it and put it on within 15 min. Very prompt and reasonable price. These guys know what they are doing. Definitely will be returning. Happy customer
