Wish I could give this location a ZERO! was there about 1 1/2 hours ago, went to the makeup department to get a concealer. They have them in locked containers so I asked the cashier (who happens to be a white old lady, super short hair) to unlock it so I could see what shade I would need, she said "I cant open it if youre not gonna buy it.." I said I needed to see the shades, again she said "..cant open it...." I told her I wasnt stealing them gosh... then she continued saying she couldnt give me the key to unlock it.... smh I wasnt asking her for the key, I work at a store myself I understand she had to open it not me. She just kept making comments insinuating that I was gonna steal them... how was i supposed to purchase without seeing what available shades there was? I felt like she thought I was gonna steal them because Im Hispanic...smh gave her back her stupid products & walked out empty handed. Never shopping here again, Walmart has such terrible customer service. Some of the worst companies Ive seen, regardless of which store I go to, their employees always assume customers are gonna steal everything! This store is just as ghetto as the one on kings canyon & Peach. That lady needs proper training, she has no manners, she needs to stop assuming that every customer is there to steal!

Closer to our house we even been told that that is the store that we should go to!! My husband says is he had to choose that Walmart, we would stop shopping at Walmart. Which is a shame because we shop there quite a bit. Probably 3-5 Times a week at least. Well we buy pre-much everything there because they have pretty much everything LOL. Still havent gotten used to the new grocery stuff so still buying a lot of groceries elsewhere, however when I do the shopping I always buy cereal there so I try to browse the grocery section and I usually pick up at least some fruit, some k-cups, and things that my older son who is autistic is able to make like the microwavable macaroni and cheese in the small bowls, SpaghettiOs, etc. these are usually good prices as well. This is all done at our preferred store however. But at least we are suddenly adding grocery items to our Walmart list instead of having separate lists! So West Shaw is not our favorite store, so what? People still shop there quite a bit and other locations. We still shop at the Ingram location and also online.

Out of all the walmarts i believe the customer service is a little better then the others, which is not saying much. However if you try to get help from an employee on the sales floor, good luck your on your own except for of coarse the cable guys that almost tackle you to sign up for cable. Now they wont let you get by without some childish excuse why your not there to see them! & to walmart a piece of advice: you need traffic police & meter maids in that place . YOULL MAKE EVEN MORE MONEY & maybe some people can actually get some shopping done instead running into eachother, getting stuck in lanes with people that dont understand the phrase EXCUSE ME & with a miracle the slowest cashier in the store might find it easier to work in the speedy checkout lane!!! Lol you want to pay a cheap price you get cheap service!

Always crowded and dirty but i blame the ghetto customers who show the biggest fattest disrespect for employees. News flash yall. I did retail for 15 years and lemme tell you that "customers is always right" thing is a myth. Just because you spend five dollars on generic condoms doesnt give you the right to be disgusting pigs and trash the place. Its a good thing i dont work here because the way Ive seen customers treat employees, i wouldve popped some of you on your big fat loud mouths. And also the pharmacist ivan is super cute . if there wasnt so many people around i wouldve asked him for his number lol. Ivan if you read this by chance contact me lol

Needed 4 of a specific item and only 2 were on the shelf. Took 5 minutes to find an employee to ask if they had more, then they left and found another person to help me, who then told me they would have someone ELSE come and help me, and to wait in the aisle. I waited for 15 minutes before going to the cashier and asking for help, who then told me that I wasnt helped because "a lot of them are on lunch." Lunch, at 10:30 in the morning. When I tried to explain that there were no more on the shelf, I was told that they only restock at night. Great, but I cant wait until tomorrow. Employees were unwilling to help and didnt seem happy to be there.

I flippin hate this walmart or walmarts period! They are all the same, no service at all, employees just talk to each other, and they dont even make eye contact and when they do its like theyre saying in the head "Please!, dont ask me a question/or talk to me." So I dont even bother! Me and my fiance even waited for almost two hours just to pick up our online purchase. Thats beyond ridiculous and I jokingly made a comment suggesting that if I started eating an un-purchased candy bar they would tackle me down so fast without hesitation. Next time I think I will do this in hopes to just getting some freakin service. Gosh!

1. In general, employees seem like they hate their jobs. Most are unfriendly and will ignore you. I was looking for ziploc bags one day, and two employees turned and walked away after I tried to flag them down for help in finding the item. 2. Pharmacy is run by a big unfriendly man who can be found on his cell phone frequently, rather than looking like hes working. 3. This location is frequently out of infants tylenol for some reason, (even the generics), and nobody working there, knows why. Like all other human interaction, I will be nice when treated nice, but I do not want to deal with another rude employee.

Walmart Shaw & Marty. Comments for smaller walmart. Thursday seems best day to shop. Their small open refrigerated section of fruit, produce, & meat is full. They also have.better cuts of beef in a closed case. The shelves for all goods fuller, etc. Milk in evening is more sparse evey day.. There never is enough variety left. Only gallons of milk plentiful. RETURNS CLOSE AT 8PM NOW. I FIND 98% of checkers helpful & patient with various customer needs. And several Checkers extra nice to all no matter what. Floor people to help with anything are almost non existent though.

And a walmart staff at 3680 W Shaw Ave, fresno CA, 93711 proved to be a racist today. Her name is Mary, she is white, she called me and my pregnant wife apes from africa. I was going to pay for my sminorf drink, she asked for my ID and i gave her, she wanted my pregnant wifes ID too, i told her the drink was for me and not her, she started yelling at us, she was so crazy, she was almost waiting to fight some black folks, now i HATE that walmart. I live across the street, Im not gonna buy from that walmart no more.
