"Peggy" the cashier earned them this 1 star review with her horrible customer service and rude attitude. Upon checking out, Peggy began to pile everything up the bag wheel rather bagging the items after I had already politely informed I would need bags. My 7 year old son thought he was being being helpful by taking from the pile of items "Peggy" built on top of the bag wheel and placing them in the cart individually. I asked my son to stop because we needed them bagged, however "Peggy" continued to pile it all up on top rather then bagging them. So I took it upon myself to start bagging them. Normally I would not have had a problem bagging them but her cold ugly rude silence was so loud that I had to say something. Just as she handed me my receipt, I looked at it and said "bags are free tonight right?" She quickly replied with biggest chip on her shoulder "yeah i guess so". I said "it better be since I had to bag my own stuff". Thats when she hit me the best part and said "Well you should have asked me to bag it then". We continued with words until she rudely told me to move away she has customers. I would have punched the hag in her face if my son wasnt with me. People with no manners and rude attitudes belong in the parking lot pushing carts where they can give dirty looks and attitudes to the carts all day long, not at the registers with customers. Please beleive I will be looking for "Peggy" on every trip I make to this Walmart and stand in her line and make that hag bag my items with a smile next time.

I was very disappointment in how rude the night manager was. I called the photo department asking for their hours for passport photos and was advised they are open from 9am to 9pm. When I arrived at 7:15 pm the photo department was closed. I went to customer service asking if there was anyone that could help me and they called a manager. The female manager advised their photo employee was on lunch and no one else could assist me. She gave me no indication on when the employee would be back and made no extra effort to help. When I suggest they indicate to customers that they do close for employee lunches she said ok and walked away from me. I was shocked at the rudeness she displayed and the fact that she made no effort to find out when the employee would return so I knew if I should wait or come back another day. Someone in a management position should definitely have the tact and training not to be so rude to customers.

Went to Vision Center for help with a pair of sunglasses. The female tech was real short and tried to send me to a kiosk in Laguna Hills Mall. I asked if there was a warranty on my frames because I had purchased the frames from their shop. She was snappy in her response and made it sound like it was an issue when I asked if she could check my account. After doing some research on her computer, she found my account and then proceeded to help me purchase a new frame. Overall, I got the feeling that what I requested was beneath her and I was intruding on her time. Should not be at the front counter if she does not want to be bothered by customers. This review is for the Pharmacy... I have a mentally/physically disabled adult child. We have been through many pharmacies...(many) Never and I reiterate...never have we had such professionalism with friendly attention. Hala is amazing..kind and patient. The staff I have encountered, Ruby and Denise are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have been dealing with pharmacies for almost 20 years and could not be happier. Our problems are sometimes hard and convoluted...these three women handle them and get me through the event. I WILL publish this elsewhere.

This is for the pharmacy. I stood as the only customer at dropoff for 30 minutes. I was feeling awful from the flu trying to get my tamiflu and watched the person help 6 pickups and 1 phone call during this time. I watched every single one of these people walk up and walk away before I was approached. When I finally was, they told me I wasnt in the system, even though I had been there before, and it was going to cost me $160.00 because they didnt have my insurance information anymore. I will never go here again nor do I ever recommend anyone does..

Come here if you like getting kicked out for nothing. My friend and I went inside and looked around because we were waiting for a ride, and these kids starting blowing airhorns. We didnt even know them and both of us were accused for blowing airhorns as well. So 9 people surround us, telling us that "you cant be doing this guys and so on, so we empty our pockets and prove we dont have any airhorns. We still got kicked out along with the guys that were actually doing it so we had to stand out in the cold for 20 mins. Thanks walmart.

This store treats most of their employees like children. They are underpaid and asked to do things that is not in their job title. If they do not comply they will be let go. The management also twists things in their favor if there is an employee they dont like. The shelves are always a complete disaster, the produce is lousy and so is the meat. The service deli is a joke quality wise. I found it difficult to find help when I needed it, and the morale seems very low to me. Not a place I want to give my hard earned dollars to. EVER.

This place is always clean and week stocked. The prices seem reasonable and I love the fact that it is a one stop shop for everything. Although that could be a problem as well, I always seem to get way more than what I came on for. The only one compliant I have is with the staff. There are some really friendly go out of their way staff. But there has been plenty of times I cant seem to locate anyone and when I do they act as if I am bothering them and not friendly at all. That is the only reason I gave them 4 stars.

The store is nice and clean but good luck with the grumpy employees here. Looks like a lot of them have some kind of attitude and poor customer service. One of our cashiers was an elderly lady and looked like she hated her job. Otherwise this location is nice, lots of merchandise and much cleaner than the other Walmarts. They should really do something about the customer service here. But I dont blame them, the Walmarts in general are going really bad with customer service.

This is THE nicest WalMart mountain view, palm trees great associates...brands like Earth Balance butter and Oscar Meyer Selects with no cancer causing nitrates or nitrites...Natural peanut butter and jelly, 6 pack of Guinness Drought for $7.47...smaller boxes of Tide and plastic cutlery and plates...Great deals on items like Viactive chews and Panteen...Act and Closys...go there---give it a shot..I think youll be amazed at the selection and how much $ money you can save.

depressing and half the time employees will pretend not to see you if you need help. I had my items physically taken from my hands during self check out because the woman checking thought I was scanning them wrong. I was late and wanted it to be a quick transaction but she made me restart like 3 times and kept tapping "card" even though I kept saying I was paying with cash. and the lights flicker. headache inducing. but hey, candles are cheap.
