Dear Kmart, I am writing this as a concerned customer. I want this place to become better so let me address the issues with this Kmart. If the aisles arent narrow enough already, this Kmart has too many item bins in between making it even more crowded, especially around the clothing areas. They really need to make more room for shopping carts to cruise around, because not every shopper is considerate to move their carts out of the way for other shoppers! There is a problem with the cashiers not always being there. They sometimes get up and leave to the customer service area, like they are busy with the manager, when they arent! Ive heard one female cashier mumble to herself complaining about rude customers showing up in her line when the light was off. She was obviously disgruntled because she wanted to take leave but she was the only cashier on duty at that time. PLEASE MAKE MORE CASHIERS AVAILABLE. Perhaps this is the reason why this Kmart is so slow in traffic. The most cashiers I have seen there is only about 3 or 4. Which isnt nearly enough considering the ShopYourRewards mumbo jumbo making customers wait longer.

OVERALL: As Kmarts go, this is a pretty good one. This store has a pharmacy and Little Caesars inside. Shelves are well stocked but very messy. You can find most anything you could need from clothing to hardware to kitchen gadgets, to plants to automotive. Prices are reasonable to inexpensive...the quality will range, so this is a good store to bargain hunt. Store layout is pretty bad. You enter on the left side of the store nearest the clothing, but if you want other items, you have to get past the long checkout lines clogging the main walkway.

I was issued a check for a lapsed layaway during my move i lost the check and have been fighting with them for 4 months to reissue the check for me they have me running in circles between the store and corporate office no one seems able to help me solve my problem it has been a complete headache. This makes no sense that they cant figure out who is responsible to determine that the check wasnt cashed and reissue another. The store wants to put it on corporate who says its the stores responsibility. I will never shop kmart again.

This place is great in a pitch. They have a bit of anything you may need, but not really a great selection of it. Theres been rumors of this place closing down and the employees say its not true, but there are more and more empty shelves every time I go.

You get what you pay for.....customer service, no one around to help. Long long lines to check out. They truly dont care if you spend your money here or not.!!! Little Caesars pizza / kmart cafe filthy dirty. !!! THEY NEED TO CLOSE .....

Theyve cleaned up this store and its much better organized. I like to come here for the little Ceasers Pizza because they put alot of cheese on their pizza. Its better to call in your order because its usually a 20 minute wait for the pizza.

Ive shopped here for years. Its clean. Sometimes hard to find help. They have the new customer service buttons in each department now, so it calls an employee over the intercom.

This Kmart is not very busy. Parking is always a breeze because of it. Typical Kmart really, although it is very clean and the staff are nice and helpful.
