Wife test drove a used Kia Forte a week ago, it met our needs, but was overpriced, she asked what they would reasonably do for it, and was answered with sticker price. She declined and left telling them to contact her if they were willing to budge at all. No one got back to us. I followed up yesterday and submitted an offer for out the door price. A rep contacted me, said she would consult her sales manager and get back to me. I didnt hear back. Contacted again this morning following up and re verifying my offer. I received a call back this time from a manager asking what time I could come down. Told him, and asked if my offer had been accepted, he said yes. He told me they would pull it out front for me and get it ready for our appt and he was hoping we could get something done on the vehicle. I didnt like the sound of that so I reconfirmed, alright youve accepted my offer, out the door though right? He confirmed. We drive to momentum Kia Vallejo, where we test drove, submitted the offer through their website, and assumed we were talking to. There was confusion there, they had moved the car to Fairfield Infiniti, for whatever reason. The manager I spoke to called me and tried to tell me he had mentioned they were bringing it up for me. Uh... sounds great, but I wouldnt haul my family out of the way if that was the case. We drive to Vallejo. Sit down begin doing paperwork, our sales rep confirms our price, we tell him and he goes to verify with the same manager. The manager comes over and tells me the price we agreed on was before tax title and license. Different than my multiple submitted offers online and our phone conversation earlier. We tell him thats not what we agreed upon and we wont be purchasing for that. He walks away, while by his sales desk he begins complaining loud enough that we can hear him stating, I confirmed etc etc etc. End game we didnt purchase the car, while having our time wasted. At best the dealership is inept and prone to miscommunications, at worst shady

I wouldnt give them any stars but I have too.. Lets say I bought a car and 3 weeks later was told that I needed to return my car because the bank declined my loan.. My question to them was way when I gave all the information and told everything was good to go. Chuck who has been in sales for over 15 years stated was because I worked for a temp agency. I had to correct him with its not a temp agency its a staffing agency and I have never heard of a bank not wanting to accept you because you work for a staffing agency. I also asked Chuck was there any way he can see if another bank would accept me he waited for about 30 mins before calling me back to inform me that no bank would do this based on I am working thru a "temp agency" and that I would need to bring them the car. Okay fine Ill bring the car back but would I get my $$ back that I put down on the car Chuck stated yes if theres nothing wrong with the car ( as if I had messed the car up in 3 weeks) Chuck made me feel as if I was beneath him and I was dumb. Also the day he called to tell me to bring the car back my check was cashed??? hummmmm why would you cash my check knowing I had to return the car????? I returned the car that Saturday and asked for my check of what I had put down I was then told I would have to wait for 7-10 days before getting my $$ back... I also asked for the letter from the bank denying me.. Well they couldnt locate the letter but found the letter of acceptance from the bank (this is illegal they are to give you a copy of the letter) its been 2 1/2 weeks and I have yet to get my check and the letter??? I would never ever recommend anyone to go here...

We had Infiniti car for 9 years and were treated well by Infiniti of Roseville when car itself was great so we went for another Infiniti just much more expensive model - a luxurious car and were received by Infiniti of Fairfield salesman named Joe’l Arances. First sign of problems was that he was getting nervous when I asked him about packages car had - it is complicated matter when having some equipment exclude other but we were buying Special Edition model that had it all really mixed up. I didnt care much about what he says because these days cell phone Google search will deliver faster – so no big deal I thought. We got into agreement under Infiniti promise of adding cargo organizer and cargo mat protector - they help keep trunk area clean and they are just cheap accessory. Now, 50 days later we still waiting for $56 piece of carpet and there is no answer on when we can get it. I mean, there is - that is the reason I am writing this - Joe’l Arances just sent me another email - here is the point of it, it is how you might be treated at once famous for all around quality Infiniti: "...I see that you do not UNDERSTAND what I had told your before. THE MAT PROTECTOR IS ON BACKORDER!!!!!!!!!! THEY HAVE NOT ARRIVED YET!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not understand how else to EXPLAIN THIS TO YOU that we DO NOT have them yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..." Well, maybe I shouldnt bother Mr Joel when he is performing his important duties. I will never make this mistake again.

My name is Harold..I just wanted to share with everyone the great experience that I had at Infinity of Fairfield.. I called to speak with someone in service. My wife and I were introduced to the service consultant name Leslie Weld.. We explained that we were in need of service for our G35.. Leslie explained in detail the work that was to be provided.. She asked if any other issues were taking place with our car. We had an issue with a Tire Pressure Sensor.. After checking our records ,she found that it would be covered within our extended warranty.. She also set us up with a loaner which was a brand new G25 (2012). When all the work was completed, she called to notify us.. She was great.. Leslie also had our car cleaned inside and out.. It was a very good experience.. I look forward to doing business with Infinity of Fairfield in the future.. Thanks Leslie!!!

This review is for the Service department. I was working with Wayne at the Service Department. I have an older Infiniti that is out of warranty but had several outstanding recalls on it. I brought my car to Fairfield Infinti and they took care of fixing all my recalls, even though the recalls were voluntary ones. They also gave me a loaner(G37 Sedan). All the services and loaner were free! I have owned cars from other manufacturers and dealers have refused to fix recalls or I have had to wrestle with the dealers to fix the recalls. Not this time. An excellent experience, A+.

I was invited by Manager of Infiniti, Brandy, to bring my car Lexus Is 250 for an appraisal and possible exchange . Brandy promised to give me a free oil change whether we could put a deal together or not...We made an appointment for 11:00AM on November 18. I arrived on time. After two hours of waiting my car was not appraised. I question several agents and they all were evasive... I was such a waist of my time. tired of waiting I left wondering whether this dealership, with such disorganization, sells any cars. I will not recommend it!
