Floral dept is unreliable. I called to have a hanging basket delivered as a gift, so they put me through to the floral department. The woman was helpful and told me the options, including the minimum order for floral delivery ($35) and the delivery charge to my location ($20). She said she would go out and see if they had the particular item I wanted and call me right back. I waited an hour (weekday, mid-morning) and when I didnt hear from her, I decided to drive over and look for myself. When I got there, she said she had been too busy to look. No apology. When I picked out my $35 plant, she changed her story and claimed that the minimum order for floral was $50, with a $20 delivery charge! I reminded her what she had told me on the phone, but she flat out denied it. If she had shown good customer care and admitted that on the phone she had quoted the wrong price, I would have been completely OK with it. Mistakes happen. But, as with many ignorant sales clerks who dont want to admit to a mistake, she lied and put it on me, the customer. That kind of disrespect and dishonesty doesnt get my business. Ever.

Ive come to International Garden and Floral Design Center many times over the years, primarily during the holidays to get Christmas Trees and other items. They always have a good selection, and the staff are helpful when selecting, cutting, packing and putting the trees on your car. Pro tip - if youre an Ingress player, there is a portal here that is tough to reach when theyre closed!

Im seriously confuse how anyone can review this place poorly. Are people on freaking Google drunk or morons? This place has everything: exotics, impeccable presentation in there arrangements and knowledgeable staff. Expect to pay a premium or go shop at a cheap flower shop. The key here is you can get more han just flowers (its just the bouquets here that are so beautiful).

Ordered a dozen roses. Wrong color and garbled note. Ive worked with other florists in the area, and any time there is a question on wording of a card, or the color is not exactly what was requested, the standard process is to contact the client. None of this was done, and so a nice experience became a poor one. Use this florist at your own risk.

Incredibly informed and helpful staff. On one occasion I inquired about a Kafir plant- there werent any available so they took my name down. Thinking it was a lost cause I was surprised when I received a phone call telling mr my plant had arrived. Im a loyal fan and they have all my gardening business.

my girlfriend really loves exotic roses, and this place has tons. if you need roses, or pretty much any flower or pottery, international garden center is a great place! talk to Deno.

They advertise they are open until 9pm but I dove by at 6:30pm and no one was there, gate locked and lights off. Wtf! Came all the way here for nothing.
