Horrible customer service - Walgreens allows legalized theft, what a shame! My doctor gave a prescription for some pills which I ordered & paid for at the pharmacy without knowing what toxic chemical it is and the negative side effects it has. When I found out and came to the store trying to cancel my order, they declined to refund my purchase. So they kept my unused, unopened bottle of their drugs and still charged me fees... The customer service at the front wasnt helpful either and the pharmacy dept. is just plain rude - Im very disappointed and will never come back here again!

Very nice staff and always able to refill prescriptions the same day, sometimes within the hour. I dont understand why someone would give them a negative rating because their Doctor prescribed the wrong medication (how would they know?) or because of the location (blame the zoning commission)... some just like to whine I suppose. Take a pill!

I have mixed feelings about this box store popping up in my neighborhood. Sure its convenient but I live in El Dorado Hills specifically to enjoy nature and the trees while avoiding the unsightly box stores. Id rather just drive to folsom, just call me a NIMBY! For what its worth the store is clean and staff is friendly in my experience.

Horrible phone etiquette for a pharmacy. Currently I have been holding for over 13min. Not once have they gotten on the phone to ask me to hold. They just keep picking up and hitting the hold button. Im now on my 4th ring back with no answer. Very rude. Looks like my client will have to wait even longer for her meds to be filled.

OMG. So disorganized and could really care less. Had to have the doc call it in for the second time so they could find it. Ok place to buy candy and a drink. Take your pharm business someplace else.

I’ve had a few prescriptions filled here, as well as picked other various toiletries and related items. Nothing wrong with the experience, but nothing really stood out either.
