I rented demo skis for 4 days from the Dublin store and I decided to purchase a new pair after trying them. Lacy, a store supervisor, agreed that I would get the amount I paid for the 4 days credited to my purchase. They did not have my size, so they shipped them in from another store. When they arrived, Lacy would not honor the price she quoted. She said that she did not agree to a 4 day credit, she did not know what the demo policy was, and what she said was that she needed to check. That was absolutely not the original conversation. That may be what she should have said, but didnt. On another visit, an employee told me that if you rent two different pairs of demos, you would only get credited for one. Another employee said it was 3 days max and it did not matter if that was 3 different pairs or the same pair. They have no idea what their policy is. Its random and in this case I was mislead and disappointed of course. Waited a week to get them shipped in.

After visiting many stores, I could not find a pair of well-fitting hiking shoes to save my life. However, upon my first visit to Any Mountain, the first pair I tried on fit so well that I bought them, and they were on the clearance table! I should mention that my experience was facilitated by a very kind and helpful young man. In fact, every employee I spoke to during my visit was kind and helpful. Its too bad I had to drive 2 1/2 hours from the Fresno area to Dublin to get such a positive experience, but Im sure Ill be back.

If you pay for expedited service on skis or snowboards, they wont call you to let you know when they are done. Instead show up first thing in the morning and they will reimburse you, or so I was just told. Even though my skis were not completed in the morning since the only call I got was that afternoon asking for information on my DIN setting, I was told I would have been credited had i shown up and not had them ready.

I came here to buy snowboarding gear as a first timer. I didnt know what size to get or how things should fit and the person working there walked me thru all of that. They were very helpful and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need as a beginner.

Reasonable pricing for winter gear if you need to get it in a hurry but cheaper to buy online if you have the time. We were shopping for some snow pants and found some bargains on sale as it was a little late in the season.
