closed my credit card, homegoods changed their policy two months ago on no returns without receipt, my return purchase was $10 credit, and I was also going to buy something. The "manager" at Home Goods said he cant return due to policy. Tried calling Home Good credit card 800# and its nothing but spam for the first 10 min, I am still going through all the ads for Dish Network, Carnival cruises etc, I cant get a representative on TJMaxx/Home Goods to close my card because I am still going through all their ads BEFORE getting to a TJ Max Rewards customer.

HomeGoods often has a good selection of items for the home, however, this store appears to be frequently understaffed. The checkout/returns line is always lengthy, and when I needed assistance the employee told me it would be "20 minutes" at least until they could find time to really help. She was very nice, but clearly could use some help.

Going to HomeGoods one week before Christmas may not be the best time to judge this store as the place was in shambles and there was a half hour line to check out. On the plus side we did manage to find some good deals.

Lots of stuff in this store but a little disorganized. The line is always super long too. Some good deals here and there. If you need something specific though you might be out of luck. I prefer ebay haha

Theres no Walmart close by. So this has become a Walmart like store for home essentials.
