Pros: The store has so much to choose from, so many beautiful items for your home decor at affordable prices. 5 stars for that. Cons: crappy customer service. Every person I asked for help did not want to help me, no we dont have that item, ask her she will know (found what I was looking for on my own) then they each spoke in their own languages, two of them were version two of them were his Bannick, but its been extra that I can speak Spanish and started to talk about me, then I spoke back to her in Spanish letting her know that I spoke Spanish and that you can say she was stunned. Managers , train your people, customer service is very important and they have a lack their of. I dont mind traveling to a further location just to get some good service

I love this store, but the location sucks. The traffic caused by people going to Costco is crazy. Otherwise, this is a great place to find decently priced home goods and clothes.

Used to be much better. Now...broken, chipped, unsafe merchandise on shelves. Wont take back unused items of poor quality even with receipt. Just not a great experience anymore.

Average TJ Max. Not very well managed. Most of the items are not in great condition so should be careful what you are buying. We mostly buy decorative stuff for the house.

Very well stocked T.J.Maxx in the Almaden Center. Plenty of parking and quite a large two-story structure. Staff seems to be helpful and friendly.
