Unquestionably, none of the employees from Home Goods watches the commercials of their own store. Moreover, I been looking for an item that they keep showing in their commercial but to no avail. In addition, all I get is the same story from your employees "We dont carry always the same items shown on our commercials" So what this means to a costumer happens to like an item they saw on their commercial Tough! they cant purchase it.

Around 7:30 pm on 11/21, I was startled to hear a woman working there YELLING across several aisles at a male coworker. She was giving directions on how display the store. She told him to get the awful looking tree out of the back room, she also complained how "packed" the store was. Having been in retail management, I found her to be unprofessional, obnoxious and entirely too loud. I couldnt wait to leave the store!

Its okay for house decor. The store is a bit cluttered so go when its not busy. They have good deals on household things such as bedding, pet goods and dishes. Hit or miss though as they have rotating stock so you just have to go in a browse.

Hit or miss. One day you can find something you want, and months later you cant. But with the volume of goods they get it, nothing lasts too long. Stores are cluttered and very little space to move around.
