Mi experiencia no ha sido muy buena compré un sofá Cash... Ella no tenia el sofá que yo page y Lo ordenó...tardo una semana en llegar... El dia que me lo llevaron yo no estaba alli... Ella no me llamó para decirme nada.. Yo estuve llamando aparte que ese dia ya no me hicieron la entrega... Llamé otra vez y me dijo que ellos cobran por llevarme el sofá a mi casa a 2 cuadras de la tienda.... Totalmente enojada y pues aqui sigo esperando mi sofá porque yo lo deje pagadoo... Pues mañana que me lo entregen no se cuanto mas tengo que pagar para que me lo lleven a mi casa a 2 pinches cuadras....

We purchased a bedroom set and dining set from US Home Furniture, and were able to negotiate discounted prices for buying both sets at the same time. It took several months for the store to receive all of the items and deliver, but it was due to mishaps with the manufacturer (based out of Malaysia). As soon as pieces became available, they would call and be ready to deliver that same night. They also took further discounts off the price for the pieces being delayed as they were. I rate US Home Furniture 5 stars, not because of their amazing service and fast delivery, but because they are a normal family trying their best - just like the rest of us - recognizing when their service isnt meeting the customers expectations and are willing to compensate the buyer as a result. I will gladly continue to work with Monica and her family to furnish my new home, knowing I can trust them even when things arent going as hoped.

from Sarah/Ushean I really appreciate Monicas patience and willing to go an extra mile with prize negotiation. Im eagerly waiting to here from her about my delivery date. I ordered a master bed room set and a living room set. Once she delivered my stuff, I may order rest of my furniture. And also they have an outlet in San Jose. the sales guy over there too is so great with customer care.

Very cheep furniture!!! My handles on my couch have broken twice!Takes forever for the parts to come in!!!Then I have been put off over and over for them to come and put the handles on!!! I also bought 2 dressers cheep knobs they just come loose and fall off!!! Made very cheep!!!
