This store is disgusting, went there for a Labor Day sale, first clue store empty, didnt even see an employee for 15 minutes. The smell, the smell in the store is somewhere between gym sock and vomit. This place should be closed! Well stocked, but completely disgusting and needs a facelift. Stay with the mall or go any... Any... Any place else.

Run down, not much to choose from. And the pricing was double from what you would find online. Management needs to keep up with the times, a simple search on your smart phone will find you the same exact item for half the cost.

I like the home store, even though it seems like its languishing and about to die. I dont know what JCP needs, but I hope this venerable retailer can find new legs.

I went in with my 8 month old son and the service rep helped me with my merchandise and help me carry it to the car. Very nice and very helpful
