Its home depot, what more can I say? They have supplies and tools when I need them and theyre just 5 minutes away. Great prices as with any other Home Depot. I would probably steer clear of the food stand right in front of the home depot and you wont end up nuking the toilet when you get home. Theyve been very efficient in processing my online orders for pickup usually in a couple of hours and the customer service lines usually move pretty quickly. The workers need more training on inventory locations. I understand that they switch up the location of some inventory every now and then but I find myself pointed in different directions at times but theyve gotten much better over the years.

I was absolutely dreading making a trip to The Home Depot for a piece of closet hardware I needed. I procrastinated making the trip until I could put it off no longer because I was expecting a Home Depot in the city to be an absolute disaster. My experience was the exact opposite. I was politely approached by several very knowledgeable and helpful employees while walking through the store. I wound up picking up a few additional items that I had not initially planned on purchasing because the employees were so great in helping me find my items. Home Depot on 23rd gets customer service right!

When you ask for help here you are met with a glare of death and you are treated to curt, angry unhelpful responses. I will absolutely take my business elsewhere until they learn the basics of customer service. EDIT: what this Home Depot with their frankly hateful customer service couldnt accomplish, Discount Builders Supply (1695 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94103) did, with helpfulness, professionalism and appropriate resources! Go there instead!

Every time I go its a nightmare to try to find anything, or employee who knows what theyre talking about. Today I tried to call to find out if they sell & custom-cut plexiglass before I drive down there. I waited on hold for 10 minutes, called back, and got hung up on. Great reason to keep my business in SF at Cole Hardware or Discount Builders Supply.

You cant shut down shopping lanes, show up with a fork lift, and walk away for ten minutes without actually doing any work. There were customers waiting for the lanes to open back up. Its an unsafe condition youre putting your staff and customers into if they can squeeze past the closed lanes because they were unattended.

This place was VERY big so it took me a little bit to find someone. The man that helped me was very friendly too. I can understand some people want someone to walk right up to them like royalty and help them out, but you just have to be aggressive if you want something sometimes. You arent that special.

Was searching for a hard item to locate in the store and not only did they go the extra mile to find it, but they even had to use the forklift to grab a pallet from of the very top and only for a single item out of one box. Right on team Home Depot Thanks again sorry to put you through the trouble

Do not come here. Theres 1 guy working the line trimming trees and tying them into the netting. In the meantime the line is about 100 people deep and circles around the entire tree lot. People towards the front of the line said theyve been waiting about an hour. What a joke. Abort abort.

Bought a 4 x 8 sheet of plywood. Edward, in the lumber department, was awesome in cutting the wood for me! Cashier charged me $0.50 per cut, after the first 2 cuts. Edward made 7 cuts for me, so I was charged $2.50 for the cuts. Im ok with that, because Edward made precision cuts.

I find the Home Depot in Westlake is more friendly. However this Home Depot tents to carry more stuff than the one at Westlake. I can barely find help here and when I do its not friendly. Getting out of the parking lot can be tricky sometimes and you have to be patient.

I Like Home Depot open at 6 a.m. in the morning early in the morning theres no one there only a few people and you can get a lot done less crowded if you willing to go there this early in the morning hope this info help out have a good day

The closest home Depot to me. Its pretty big and seems like you could find anything you needed in here within reason. I didnt speak to any employees so not sure if any are friendly. Id come back for my home needs.

Very glad this is located in CA. Cheap, large selection and self service. I use the key cutter a lot because its so cheap. Centrally located. However not as good as the uptown location in terms of service.

I dont like their parking lot at all. But I have to say that the people here are super helpful. You can ask anyone and they send you to the right isle. They also copy keys here fairly cheap.

This location is always well stocked with product. This Home Depot has lots of parking and the store has plenty of Customer service personal to assist. Opposite side of street is Home Depot pro.

Has most of what one may need for getting stuff done. As always check boards and sheets of wood for quality. I find myself looking for tools elsewhere sometimes, but they have most things!

Floor employees wrapping up and started to head towards the back at 9.30pm when the place closes at 10pm. I was pretty much on my own looking for stuff I need 30 minutes before closing.

One of the better managed and stocked HD locations. Not so good gardening section. Note that there is HD pro across the street, which has better lumber selection and tool rental.
