Managers are extremely unprofessional,the employees are messy and rude... And the products/items they have for sale arent that great... Store could also use a different associate that handles the Womens/mens shoes.. I constantly find MENS shoes on the Womens racks.. Usually converse all stars in bright colors... Why cant people do their jobs efficiently and correctly? They ought to fire everyone there and hire new people. Including their shotty security loss prevention people... I always see empty packaging from people stealing things in the store. Poor service, poor inventory...

Very bad service, extremely bad experience with the people that check out your items. Not nice people, at all after an incident that happened there for returning something they are rude, not nice, and very disrespectful. Not a good place in dont recommend going there expecially in that store. Long lines and not a lot of people opening up a check out station. I dont recommend going to Ross just in general.

There was 14 people in line in front of me and 6 behind me and the line continues to grow and only 2 people checking at the register, this is ridiculous, everyone in line was not happy, I will not go to this Ross again.

Nice and clean. You can easily look through the stock since its kept in order and theres staff working the floor constantly fixing things back. The day I went there was a short line so I was able to get in and out.
