Just left the store and had to witness a poor cashier be forced to work despite being visibly sick. His fever was so high that he was literally profusely dripping sweat. His co worker not only left him solo to ring but she was told by multiple customers that he needed to be excused. She stated that the manager knew but there was nothing she could do. If he was left to cashier alone she easily could have excused him and took his place. Instead she rang up a few people after about 20 minutes with obvious irritation. This is very disappointing as I have never witnessed this behavior before. I do hope that the young man is ok. Despite all else he was very polite and thanked people for their concern.. Please be sure to address this

hello i was Ross couple days ago it was so busy all over the store i got to cashier line it was crazy busy i was so pissed off waiting in the line for that long because only two cashiers but then Sandeep helped me at the cash counter and was really helped and with a smiley face that made my day with all her help next time only going there because of her and price off

Store was busy and store manager was flirting with the security when we asked to add one cashier to the only cashier that they had she Rudy responded that thats what is . I wish there was minus five star to give it to her attitude. Im asking Ross Management to consider teplacing her if they want to be successful

If you can get past the disorganized mess that is this store, then there might be some great deals hidden there somewhere. I found a winter jacket and a pair of shoes in total was aorund $30 only. Its a shame they let this store fall apart though.

Poor selection. Always chaotic at checkout. Today I waited in the only formed line with a cashier (customer service) only to be told eventually that I was to start a new line at the purchases and "wait" for a checker to arrive.

Bought some clothes a month ago belt broke and they would not exchange for another one. I didnt have a receit! Said I could have bought it somewhere else. I told her not true. They are the only place that sells junk like this.

slowest checkout line in existence. started writing this review while waiting in line for the past 15 minutes, and with the look of it theres probably another 10 minutes to go. never coming back

Good selection of quality items, just didnt have exactly what I came in for, high top cleats, but found some great priced active wear socks we needed in every size.

The store is small and not big. It has most of the things i want. The mens clothing and shoes have less option. I generally found this less crowded then others.

Product and store are fine. Staff are not friendly as other Ross stores. When cashier are busy other staffs are just chatting and not help. So its OK store.
