Ordered a pair of pants for a wedding in the store and prepaid for them. They took my phone number and told me they would call me when it comes in. Never received a phone call. Called them back and they informed me that my order was cancelled because it was over 20 days since it had come in. I informed them i never received a phone call or any kind of notice from them and their response was "its an automated phone call so ITS OUT OF OUR HANDS". They have no sense of customer service nor accountability for their mistakes.
