In general Ross is awesome when it comes to clothes, home items for discounted prices. However, this particular Ross is a huge building with very limited inventory. Its like the Ross truck completely skips Pleasanton. Also, the employees are very slow. The ones that are slightly faster just stuff everything into a bag and call the next person before youve signed the receipt. Poor customer service.

Good pricing but service is pathetic I came here after 3 years today and even on Sunday evening there was only one cashier. On enquiring further they had their old lie, staff is on leave. Trust me I heard the same answer 3 years back and after that stopped coming here Thats all for Ross now. Posting this review while still in queue waiting to be attended.

Large store with tons of discounted clothing but its not always the best quality and youll have to be more vigilant in checking for holes, runs, missing sequins, buttons etc.

Great location but wait time to checkout was longer than shop time. Satisfied with the merchandise but to wait in line for 15+ minutes to pay for two items. Tough.
